I went here based on good reviews. I've had 2 haircuts- those were OK. But the first person who did my hair blew dried it out and styled it in a way that I told her I'd never eve...

I love this salon! I live in town and make the drive out to the beach every time I need my hair done because I won't go any where else. My stylist, Kayla, always listens to exactly what I want and makes great suggestions based on my hair type. more

Cortello Salon is the best!! Since I moved to Jacksonville, seven months ago, I have been coming to this salon. I love how Lee does my color, cut and style. The salon has a great atmosphere and the staff makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this salon!! more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!\r My old hairstylists moved from Jacksonville to Denver this past year so I was depending on my friends to refer a good hairstylists... I went to two other ladies and they were no where close to my old hairsylist. So one day I typed in google, best hair salon in Jacksonville and Cortello showed up. I said I have nothing to loose as I was getting married in 2.5 months! I called and the gal on the phone recommended Jessica, made my appointment and was set! Jessica did such a great job with my color and Kaitland did an awesome job with my style! I LOVED my hair and was totally hooked! It didn't hurt that all my friends complimented my hair and now 3 of my friends go there and they all love it! more

Cortello Salon is the best at the beaches -- and I love Jessica, who always gives me a great shampoo massage, a nice cold Diet Coke, and a youthful hair style despite my age of 46! I always walk out feeling fantastic!\r more

TREAT yourself with fabulous cut and color at this salon! From the moment you enter the salon, you are treated as if you were at a high end spa with professionalism and expertise in customer service, cut and color. I highly recommend Erica for getting an updated 'new you'! She's an expert in styles and color!! Take photos in with you and discuss with her. She's VERY OK in me bringing in photos of ideas I'd like to try and will give me an honest response on what she believes will or won't work on my blonde, baby fine hair. You will not be disappointed! I have been a very satisfied customer for the past 3+ years! I get compliments on my cut and color all the time! BOOK now! more

Cortello Hair Salon is fabulous! Love Love Love this place! The people here are so personable and customer friendly, especially where it counts! Love the extra pampering choices for relaxing shampoos that include massages.The atmosphere is calming and relaxing with a trendy flair. The customer service is great over the phone and even better in person. I love the coffee they make, and love the choices of other drinks ;) The Blow Bar is a great idea too!\r \r My curly hair stylist Brandon is Awesome! He is wonderful, full of ideas and great with color and styles. And I love changing it up! I am never disappointed! \r more

This place is AMAZING. Evey one is nice and its always good customer service. Kayla the girl who cuts my hair is absolutely a master crafts woman with scissors, she really knows what shes doing. Ive been going to her for over a year now and wont go to anyone else because of how good she is. You should really try this place out if you want an amazing haircut. more

After living in Jacksonville for almost three years now, I finally found a hair salon that has stylists that understand how to cut curly hair! Every place I've gone in the past few years has cut my curly hair to look like a mushroom! I am so thankful I came across Cortello Salon and Jamie, the stylists that cut and colored my hair. The salon is so comfortable and relaxed and I really enjoyed spending some 'me' time at the salon and leaving so please with my hair cut and color. The StyleMe (I think that's what they are called) are such a great idea, too. I definitely plan to use that service in the near future! more

Best experience I have had getting my hair done by far. I love eveyrthing about Cortello - the people - the products - the decor - the scalp massage. I would reccomend Brooklyn, she is awesome! She listens to what you want and gives you ideas that she thinks will look good on you. My hair always looks amazing when i leave! more

You MUST go to Cortello!! 4/13/2012

There are so many reasons visit this salon. First of all the atmosphere is great... clean, bright, beachy, fun. And free wine or other beverages, I might add ;) The entire staff is so warm and accommodating. I love the products they use on my hair there, which are also available to purchase- they aren't pushy about it!- especially the Moroccanoil, Kérastase, and KMS product lines. But the best part, by far, for me is my stylist Jamie. I would recommend her to anyone. She has become a friend and has helped me transform my very damaged hair into hair I'm proud to have! more
