Review content:
First Trip - 07/07/2012 Checked unit and sold warranty plan. Said Black Growth in air handler,contacts burnt, cond relay burnt, recommend surge protection.
Second Visit on 07/22/2012 - Came out Compressor in thermo overload. Cooled down winding with water. Replaced burnt contactor to
help with power passing to condensor
Third Visit on 09/04/2012 Unit was not working correctly. Replaced batteries in thermostat.
Said that would correct problem.
Fourth Visit 0n 09/20/2012. Adjust Refrigerant level R-22 Quanity of 2.
Problem still not resolved.
Will be canceling monthly contract immediately.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Their Prices are inflated.
Had to call in another company to solve problem.
