Said they would vaccume before cleaning.. 1st guy didn't vac or clean around ANY edges and left stain spots on a carpet. A guy came out after complaint and cleaned spots and some edges and even said that the 1st guy didn't do the edges but he had me 'sign off' on the job. I didn't realise the other areas not done at the time. If I knew anything about cleaning carpets, I wouldn't have needed to hire a service in the 1st place. They're supposed to be the pros.. they should have taken care of this.
