Excellent Service and Results! 5/5/2015

I was concerned as our carpets were older if it would come clean. Phil Lambert was the crew member that cleaned our carpets. He took his time in explaining all the facts / info on what he was going to do and some of the concerns with our carpet. After going over the options, he was very dedicated to his task and the outcome could not be better. He made our old carpets look great and took the time to make sure he covered all the problem spots. When done, he even mopped the hard wood floors to take care of the wet spots from walking on them. I would highly recommend Colonial Chem Dry and Phil. more

Great job! Tiles and grout looks amazing! 5/4/2015

I had tile/grout cleaning done in three rooms of my house. They had never been professionally cleaned. The technician, Phil was professional and extremely pleasant. He explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions. The floors look amazing ! I am very pleased with the results. more

Great Service 4/28/2015

I recently had my tile floors and carpet cleaned. Will arrived when he said he would, he walked me through options for service and completed service as expected and within the time frames. He was polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. Betty, office sales/customer service personnel followed up by phone and with a hand written note. Awesome. more

Very Happy With Service and Technician 4/17/2015

We called Colonial Chem-Dry because our dog urinated in many places on our carpet. Our technician's name was Phil Lambert and he was excellent. He explained everything to us in great detail and was very professional. Phil cleaned and deodorized all of our rugs on the second floor and one of our loveseats. We are very happy with the service and would definitely call Colonial Chem-Dry again. more

Super clean rugs and great customer service. 4/15/2015

It had been a while since we had our carpets cleaned. When we called to schedule an appointment, we were able to pick a date and time that was best for us. When the day arrived, our technician was on time, did a great job vacuuming, moving furniture and then cleaning the carpets. We are thrilled with the results, and will definitely have them back. more

Representative called to say he could arrive earlier than scheduled which was just fine. Very polite and he also mentioned other services Colonial Chem-Dry offered...cleaning of valances, curtains, pleated shades which I was not aware of. Good job! more

Very satisfied 4/15/2015

Again very good cleaning service . The individual sent was punctual , polite and attentive to our needs . I love the Colonial Chem Dry spot cleaner but it is expensive . I have had a few cans that would not work but to my surprised only found out this time that they are good for only a fixed period of time . IUnfortunately I have a few "duds" left . This is my only complaint with the company. This should be made common knowledge. more
