College Park Hyundai

Yesterday was the absolute worst experience of my life in buying a car, or anything for that matter. \r My compliant is with College Park Hyundai for its failure to honor their offer (from Glen Alexander) to re-arrange pricing to compensate for a undesired option (in this case $2600 NAV/Sunroof). , failure to honor agreed upon Price Protection Certificate provided by my credit union who was financing the car, failure to honor a 3 day offer to return (provided by the Sales Manager), and failure to disclose that all their cars carry a dealer installed appearance package that inflates the price by nearly $1500.\r \r Two days prior,?and After phone calls, and nearly a ½ dozen emails with College Parks MGRs Aileen Jorss, and Raegan Hairston were will still with no solid pricing, however after a message from their Todd Alexander, who said they would deal on compensating us for the undesired $2600 NAV package we finally decided to drive out Monday (memorial day), cash in hand prepared to fi more

My sales representative, Shawn Hashemi, was outstanding. He was courteous and helpful and very up-front throughout the process. My husband and I really enjoyed completing this transaction with Elvis' assistance. Had it not been for him, we probably would not have walked out with a new vehicle. We only went in to have our other vehicle services, but were in bad need of a new one. Thanks to his assistance and honesty, we knew from the beginning what our monthly payments are going to be. My sales person Michael at Hyundai in College Park was wonderful. He was professional, gave me an honest feeling, he was not too pushy, we was patient and much more. I have been looking for a car for over four months now, I actually visited many places and I almost purchased a Honda, I also made an appointment to picked up by a Nissan agent knowing that I was ready to buy but something just did not feel right. When I decided to visit Hyundai, I had done my research, I knew what vehicle I wanted and I decided to pick this dealership to begin my journey. I do not have any regrets about my decision because the sales person that greeted me and worked with me (Michael) was the reason I decided to stay and work through the process although it was not easy in the beginning. I also want to commend the finance person Ebony because she was professional, personal, was upfront, had a customer caring spirit, and sincerely worked with me where I decided to finance wit h Hyundai instead of the Teacher's Credit Union. I was truly impressed with the patience of Ebony as I was trying to make a major decision and she took the time to walk me through as if I was already a valued customer. I truly have spoken highly about this Hyundai Dealer because of the management, the sales representatives and the staff in general based on the welcome my friends and I received over the last three days of finalizing the purchase of the vehicle. I sincerely want to thank my sales person Mike, Ebony the finance person, Mr. Rick the manager and the rest of the staff involved in helping me through the process and making me feel like I was the most important customer at the time of my purchase.
