Maintenance 5/28/2015

I came originally to have my tire fixed and have the oil changed. I was told I would have to buy a new tire and I said I didn't believe that because it was in the tread. So he took me back to the service and they hadn't even taken the nail out of the tire. So I commented on that and he told me why I would have to get a new tire. So I asked them to pull the nail out. They did it was actually a screw that had broken off. When they pulled it out it was only about a 1/4 inch and when they sprayed water on it there were no bubbles. He said well you really don't need to have it repaired. I wonder if that same thing happened the last time and he talked me into two new tires? I would never let them change my tires now without looking at it myself. We had also talked about new windshield wipers but those were not changed. more

Auto Maintenance 5/26/2015

I took my vehicle there to have the service technicians identify several issues I was having with my vehicle. In particular a noise that appeared to be coming from my front tires. I also had a recall performed. The recall was not an issue but I was given incorrect information regarding the tires. The service technician informed me that all four of my tires were cupped and that was the reason I heard the noise. I took the vehicle back to the place where I purchased the tires to find out that was not the case and the tires were not cupped at all. more

I scheduled maintenance service via Internet in a second, service was done promptly, price was fair (if you service your car at the dealership, you cannot expect bottom prices). College Park and Hyundai NEVER disappoints! more
