Complaint about David Givens -- a real charmer. 11/17/2011

I stopped by here with my sister to negotiate a deal on a 2010 sonata. We met with David Givens who started out pleasant till I mentioned that we had a competitive offer from another dealership in VA and needed to see if they could match it -- thats when his whole attitude changed. He proceeded to make all kinds of snide remarks from -- "you have lost your mind" to "what are you doing here...you should be in VA taking the deal". I decided to ignore the remarks and take the car for a test drive. \r \r After the test drive, the snide remarks from David continued -- this time he told me that I was "greedy" for requesting competitive pricing. But I held my ground and told him we had a specific monthly payment in mind and needed to be at certain price point and interest rate for that to happen so I insisted that he needed to let me know how close they could get to said price point that way we dont waste anyones time in lengthy finance discussions....and that is when David lost it. Worst experience ever buying a car 10/5/2011

Stay away from this dishonest dealership. The sales team, specifically, Charles A., is disorganized, disingenuous and totally apathetic. They showed minimal flexibility and customer service and Mr. Anene went to the extend in which he wrote insulting emails to me after I had purchased a new vehicle, with cash. They, sadly, fit the stereotype of a cheap used car dealership, whose only concern is the quick buck at the expense of customer service. Go to Fairfax or any other dealership in the area; but avoid this business like the plague. more

Terrible sales experience 10/4/2011

I must say, Jennifer and Patti in the accounting and finance departments at this dealership are intelligent and professional. Sadly, the opposite is true of the sales and management department. They are the dullest tools in the shed. Charles, A, is dishonest, totally disorganized, and simply does not know his product. This is a sales team that will nickel and dime you at every opportunity that can get. They are inefficient and once the sale is made, are totally uncaring. Do NOT go to this dealership. There are better alternatives in the area. more

Mr. William Silva as always has showed excellent customer service when dealing with myself. He goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with the service I receive. He is doing an excellent job and College Park Hyundai should be happy to have him as a part of their staff!!! more

Zod was Excellent 7/22/2011

Our Salesman was Zod and he was excellent. We had some interaction with the Sales Manager and he, also was excellent. We dealt with Ebony in finance and commented to her that she (in fact the entire experience) was totally pleasant. I know that it is easy to commend people for just doing their jobs and hope that they may benefit. But I have to say that I would have written a formal note to let Hyundai know that this was easily the most enjoyable, concise, comfortable automobile purchase that I have ever been involved with. Thank you. You should continue with the excellent training. more
