My compliant is with College Park Hyundai for its failure to honor their offer (from Glen Alexander) to re-arrange pricing to compensate for a undesired option (in this case $2600 NAV/Sunroof). , failure to honor agreed upon Price Protection Certificate provided by my credit union who was financing the car, failure to honor a 3 day offer to return (provided by the Sales Manager), and failure to disclose that all their cars carry a dealer installed appearance package that inflates the price by nearly $1500.\r
