We looked all over for this specific Honda Odyssey and had dealers tell us they had the car when they did not. This is not how our business will be earned. Brian was a great help he even held the car so we could make the hour drive to the dealership. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Thanks you. more

He deserves every bit of credit for this sale, as I had many other dealerships lined up, but he was the one that kept me with College Park Honda. College Park Hyundai was terrific! Christopher (our sales person) was careful, caring and professional. Good follow-up and excellent service. From everything to setting up the bluetooth in our car (even though it was closing time Chris and a few others were still there making sure we were completely satisfied!). We traded in our Sonata (which we loved!!) for a new 2011 Santa Fe (which is doing just great!!). The finance deal was great and very professionally handled by Dave. I don't understand the negative reviews on this page--our experience was great. more

COMPLAINT ABOUT JASON MINARD 1/31/2011

I was greatly disappointed in how Jason Minard handled my car transaction! After sending him numerous emails \r regarding a refund that I should have gotten from the dealership regarding my vehicle transaction, he finally\r responded with an email message that basically blew me off. \r \r There is a $300 refund due to me. Jason Minard recited in his email details that were totally different from my transaction. I have my documents regarding the transaction and it is clear that they did not refund me all of my money. If he had taken time to look at my transaction, then he would have realized that an error was made in the refund. Someone made a mistake in the check amount issued to me by $300 dollars... $192.36 was given to me\r instead of $492.36.\r \r I have sent a complaint on the Hyundai Dealership Page thru its "contact us" twice and there has been no response.\r \r What's up with this???? more

Friendly, knowledgable staff - great prices 11/8/2010

I hear they have new ownership, and considering they have some poor reviews on this site, I want to share my experience from today 11/7/10. I drove from DE as they had excellent price listed on new 11 Sonata. Wasn't sure what to expect(surprises!?!), but they delievered on everything they promised including BEAUTIFUL new Sonata at excellent price. Eddie was great to work with, and so was finance manager. I would defintely recommend this dealership. more

Bait & Switch ... Loooong oil changes 10/20/2010

Bait & Switched me big time. I called to ask if they had any of last year's Sonatas waiting get off the lot (at the time a 2005 Sonata).. "Of course we do! Come on down, we'll test drive one". I drive over. "No. No. No man. We got the new 2006 models. Check it out." I can't recall why I didn't leave right there, but I did negotiate a 2006 LX Sonata with leather seats. They offered it for 26 K ... I promptly called the Rockville dealer I had already visited. Suddenly, their offer came down under 21K. Hmmm. Also, oil changes take a really long time here. more

I am very displease with College Park Hyundai went in got a oil change and the same day engine began to knock. Was told by couple gentlemen tried help said needed oil. I was told need get new car or pay $4K new engine. The over reviewer was correct I have left message for GM and to this day never heard back from him. I asked for loaner car don't have any. I am very disappointed with service had there. They normally check your tires pressure and fluid etc when engine noise accured my front drive needed air light came on. It stated on my receipt it tires where check, I am not sure if they were or not. I have been dealing with this service department for years and could have thought they would assist me better. more

Buyer's remorse! 9/19/2010

I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from College Park Hyundai on August 25 2010. I brought my teenage daughter with me only to take a test drive. They didn't have the color or features I was looking for, so of course they were not going to let me leave without something. After the pitch I decided to purchase the vehicle.Only to find out that the internet price was quite lower than what they wanted me to purchase, I was not able to get any discounts, including their own discount coupon advertised on their website. The old bait and switch move. I was then held for 6hrs for them to get me financed. It was after midnight before the finance department did what ever they wanted to let me leave with the car. They made all kinds of promises about the my trade in value, the payoff, my monthly payment and worse, my monthly payment.!!Then there was problem with the payoff for my trade-in. I made three separate trips to the dealership for more paper work that I had already completed. They still have more

Recent Purchase 8/11/2010

On July 31st close to closing time I purchased a new 2011 Hyundai Azera from College Park Hyundai. Unfortunately I discovered the following morning in daylight that the car had not been "cleaned" and made ready for me. While I cleaned off all the windows - interior and exterior, the leather interior had not been addressed. \r \r I promptly contacted College Park Hyundai speaking with Rick the sales manager - I found him to be very polite and professional and honest. He understood my concern and offered me the chance to bring in the car for cleaning. I don't live near the dealership but wanted my car cleaned anyway. In the few days that past, I discovered the wheels needed an alignment - I found this strange given the car had 4 miles on the odometer when I took it for a test drive and I took it home that night. College park Hyundai gave me prompt courteous service regarding the wheel alignment.\r \r However, I was not happy with the leather cleaning as I once again discovered when I go more

New Management Great Service 7/12/2010

I purchase a car on 7/10/2010 and maybe the business is under new management because the services were great. I recommend everyone to ask for Willie (Sales Representative) because he made the process a lot easier. I guess new management focus on honest and customers because everyone was friendly. Being in the military I learn we are a great reference to other members, so I'll recommend College Park Hyundai to others. So far so good. O' and the vehicle to magnificent.... more

College Park Hyundai Service is awful 4/14/2010

College park Hyundai Service is awful. I have taken my car to them on several occasion and every time they can't duplicate the problem. The last straw came today when they were paid by my extended warranty company to repair my seat warmer and refuse to complete the repair. I was told that the part had to be ordered and they would call me when it was ready. Well they never called. When I called back I was told that in their records the repair had already been done. They refused to pull the paperwork to show that I never signed a completed work order. Don't trust them, DON'T USE THEM!!! more

College Park Hyundai a JOKE 2/11/2010

I went on the internet and went into the dealer ship with a price of 25000.00 they stated it was 27000.00 I wanted pearl they only had gray. I signed my paper on 1/13/2010 I got a call two week later that I needed my husband signature the 2nd week in Feb they said they needed another 197. I asked for my old car back that stated that was impossible. I now have my old car loaner calling asking where is there payment. New car sitting in the back yard under a blanket of snow. Finance Department is a joke Sales man great. Once I get out of this mess wont go back more

College Park Hyundai does not honor its warranty 11/28/2009

I hope someone finds this useful. I purchased my hyundai sonata 6 months ago, i had the 100,000 manufacturers warranty, i also purchased the power train warranty for $1,300.So today i went to a drive thru and wound down my window,i tried wounding it back up and it wouldn't go up. So i went to the dealership, thinking since my car was still under 100000miles i will be covered at no cost. I was charged $109 , i was so pissed especially for the inconvenience and the fact that my infant was in the car with the glass down for 25miles. And then i found out that there had been a recall on the brakes and nobody even contacted us. They can do better and follow through on their warranty. A good name is better than money. more
