Service person who did ductwork was great. Both his personality and the service he performed. Very knowledgeable and offered great advice. The carpet cleaning, however, done by another service person, was totally inadequate. There are still visible stains on upstairs carpeting, and the bedroom carpet where we had laid protective plastic to best protect our white carpet while work was being done in our master bath has a very visible dark path from the bedroom entrance all the way to the master bath entrance. Although we understand service people do not move furniture, we inadvtertly left a vacuum cleaner standing in the 2nd bedroom. The service person washed around it - it was only a foot way from tiled flooring where he could have moved it. But oh well... not in his contract. more

I am not impressed with the rug service you guys did! He was a nice man who did his work, but the smell of the pet pee did not go away and it was dirty within one week! I have never been so sad with this service and I will never use or recommend COIT to any of my friends! In fact, the cat who did all of the problems is long gone! I would suggest you update your pet cleaning solutions or get another cleaning company !!!!! more

Josh Whitis showed up on time, he was very professional and went out of his way to show me how he was cleaning the carpet and gave me knowledge about future spots. Long time spots were faded and carpet smelt clean. more

Our carpet was dirty especially in the traffic pattern areas. The cleaning was long overdue. Those areas did lighten and look better. I didn't expect a miracle. What I was not satisfied with what so ever is the streaking in the bedroom. It obviously showed that the worker didn't clean all the way to the baseboards. He stopped about 3 feet short and did not even clean on one side of the room. We had even moved all of the furniture...nothing in the way...no excuses. My husband refused to call them back because it took the carpet 24 hours to dry. Now that streaked area is covered with an area rug! more

I had a man come to my condo to clean my carpet. On the way out the weight of the machine left dirty wheel marks in one room and down the hall to the outside door. I did not see that the marks were dirt until after he left as I assumed they were just wheel marks. Your Bothell, WA people sent another man out. I believe his name was Alfonso Alvarez. This man was exceptional. I had no gauge of comparison until this man did his job. I realized the first man did a very poor job. The first man squirt cleaner here and there. He used very little, but, I assumed it must have been nothing to worry about. Two days later, I saw my dirty spots reappearing although I wore only socks on my carpeting, and I live alone so there was little traffic. The second man you sent profusely hit the spots which he noticed and also profusely sprayed down the hall tracks. It was a great deal of bending over for him, but, I could tell that he wanted to be thorough -- and he was. All spots disappeared and all tracks disappeared and did not return. Also, the second man worked harder because he kept the machine outside the condo apartment and carried his hose to the kitchen. He had to repeatedly fill the machine with water that he hand-carried. The first man took the easy route and dragged the machine through the hall and adjoining room to the kitchen. In retrospect, I could see quite a difference in the physical labor extended by Mr. Alvarez (? - you can see you file for his name if I am wrong). I was very satisfied with the work performed by the second man because I saw his attempt to spray every spot thoroughly. For the heating ducts he was here half hour, supposedly cleaned six ducts, intake vent and fan blades in an old Payne gas heater. So I am not sure as I did not see all the work done. Not being able to check as with the carpets it is hard to tell. Carpets came out very well. The Coit service person called in advance of his arrival; I appreciated this alert. Mr. Carlos was courteous, efficient and helpful with advice regarding my furnace, its filter, alternate filters available, and alerts regarding what I may experience when I first activate the furnace this season. This, too, was very welcome information. He competently answered my questions, as well as offering me price reductions on future services by Coit. I especially appreciated that he set to work immediately on the project, and indicated just how long the job would take. Thank you again, Coit, for your efficiency and professionalism. more

My rug was taken and cleaned. When returned, the couple spots that I was concerned about were still there and, frankly, the exact same --- as though nothing was even attempted in the way of cleaning. There were a few other minor areas that needed cleaning, which also were untouched by Coit --- although they cleaned up easily for me. And, believe it or not, there was some surface dirt on the entire thing that just needed to be vacuumed up. Initially, I thought the rug has been returned uncleaned, but it is evident that cleaning was done because some areas are a bit faded and the texture is different. I don't know what the heck you all did with my rug, but it is worse and I will not use your service again. This, after 20+ years of cleaning my carpets with your company. more

The carpet cleaner arrived on time. He was very courteous asked about how I wanted things done and if I was satisfied . I was not happy when I used COIT the last time. This time the service man was able to remove all the stains and asked me to check when he was done. more

Not the best carpet cleaning that I have had. There was a few places after it dried up that looked like it could have been cleaned a little better. There were a few spots that did not clean up that were caused by a child's play dough. I chose Coit because the were available on the time that I needed. Not sure who I will call next time. The tile was great but the grout needed a second technition to come out and redo. more

I am not impressed by the skill level to replace caulking and reseal tile. Doubt that I will use your company again for this service. I will probably use you again for other cleaning services. I was also very frustrated your phone numbers were wrong on the work order and did not work. more

The serviceman who cleaned my air ducts was on time( in fact called to say he could come earlier if it was ok) and he did a great job. He was very professional and friendly. I felt he did a A+ job. The serviceman who did my carpets called to say he was on his way, ended up being late due to traffic ( which is fine ) but talked and chatted way way too much. He had to tell me all about why he was late-after I told him no problem. The stairs were quite dirty and he did say that he might not be able to completely get the dirt out. They looked so so when dried. I don't think it's professional to say this is only going to take 11 minutes ( to do stairs and chair!) and then do a so so job and charge me over 100.00 dollars. I wasn't mad ( but didappointed) and have always used Coit and will again. He was the first serviceman from Coit that wasn't amazing a B-. He was a bit odd and did a so so job. more

Absolutely prompt; incredibly conscientious. So excited that my tile floor and grout look like new. I had no idea! Will definitely have them back sooner rather than later! more

I feel I have had less than satisfactory service the last two times I've had Coit do carpet cleaning. The carpets were left quite wet and took days to dry even in the warm weather. I was able to remove spots that the tech. left behind, with an over the counter product.
