We were so disappointed we called the phone number given to us by the sales rep. It was not a local number and we were transferred to a voice mail. I left a message and never heard back. Floor WAS NOT deep cleaned, let alone well cleaned. Then varnish was sprayed on top of the areas that were not cleaned. Now we have dirt varnished on to our wood floors. Plus, the employee slid chairs across our deck (when I asked him to wait for my husband to help him) and as a result, the paint on our deck has some nice long scrapes. I need to have it repainted. What a wreck. Carpet and upholstery service was fine, but I had to have a way to let COIT know how displeased we are about the wood floors!
