Review content:
Our carpet was dirty especially in the traffic pattern areas. The cleaning was long overdue. Those areas did lighten and look better. I didn't expect a miracle. What I was not satisfied with what so ever is the streaking in the bedroom. It obviously showed that the worker didn't clean all the way to the baseboards. He stopped about 3 feet short and did not even clean on one side of the room. We had even moved all of the furniture...nothing in the way...no excuses. My husband refused to call them back because it took the carpet 24 hours to dry. Now that streaked area is covered with an area rug!
