Review content:
The serviceman who cleaned my air ducts was on time( in fact called to say he could come earlier if it was ok) and he did a great job.
He was very professional and friendly. I felt he did a A+ job.
The serviceman who did my carpets called to say he was on his way, ended up being late due to traffic ( which is fine ) but talked and chatted way way too much. He had to tell me all about why he was late-after I told him no problem.
The stairs were quite dirty and he did say that he might not be able to completely get the dirt out. They looked so so when dried. I don't think it's professional to say this is only going to take 11 minutes ( to do stairs and chair!) and then do a so so job and charge me over 100.00 dollars. I wasn't mad ( but didappointed) and have always used Coit and will again. He was the first serviceman from Coit that wasn't amazing a B-. He was a bit odd and did a so so job.
