How do I even start? This was my wife and I's first auto purchase and I must say I was thoroughly satisfied with our decision to buy a BMW X3 from c2c! We had the good fortune to work with Jay Bechara and I can say confidently that he is one of the nicest, most genuine people I have come into contact with. He welcomed us when we came to the lot the first time, he asked all the right questions and pointed us in the direction to the types of vehicles that were within our budget. He was NEVER ""pushy"" at any time, let us test drive the vehicle and gave us ample time to think about it and followed up our visit with a pleasant and courteous e-mail a week or so later. Other people in the office (Omar and Freddie) were also very helpful and nice during my interactions with them. Jay was able to get us the best deal possible on our car and worked with the financial rep on site to find us the best APR and financing we qualified for! Even up to the day of purchase and after, Jay has been, in my opinion, the epitome of who a car salesman should be! The was our first, but definitely not our last purchase from c2c. Their prices are by far the best in this area and many of their cars have remaining factory warranties on them. Thanks again c2c! more

I was in the market for a Lexus and found the folks at C2C to be extremely helpful. I was set on a particular model, color, interior type, etc. Youssef worked with me to find me THAT vehicle. He even brought me in to view each vehicle on the online auction site, explaining the differences between each vehicle and what all the numbers and codes were. My wife and I stopped in to look at a a SUV. Michael greeted us at the door and was very pleasant and made us feel at home. When we test drove the SUV he was very informative and knowledgeable on the SUV as well. He explained a lot to us in a short time. When we came back he looked at our trade in and the paperwork from our previous lease. He was able to give us more for the van then others had offered. First, \r \r I would like to say that I truly believe that God sent me to Coast to Coast Imports and linked me up with Jay as my Sales person. I prayed about purchasing a vehicle and prayed that God would send me to the right place with the right person to work with me and he did just that. He sent me to Jay Bechara. \r \r When I finally got to the Dealership, I walked right up to the BMW that I had previously viewed on the website, even though there were dozens of other vehicles that looked exactly the same on the sales floor. \r \r Jay had been waiting for me and he came right over, introduced himself and provided me with the best customer service ever! One star reviews may most come from the competitor of Coast to Coast or extremely picky customers. Five stars reviews may come from the dealer itself or its best friends. As a true customer, I rated Coast to Coast as ""Very Good"" which I think is the highest rating for any service orientated business. There is no so such things as ""Perfect"" which is five stars. \r \r Anyway, here is my story with Coast to Coast: My co-worker bought a E-class Mercerdes from CtoC two years ago. Since the car looks brand new and is still new model, I thought he bought a brand new E-Class. But, a new E-Class costs from $50,000 to $65,000 and it seems to me it is beyond his reach finanically. Then, he told that he bought this E-Class from CtoC and it only cost him $23,000. and it is a three years car with 60,000 miles on it. It surprised me that, he can use a new V-4 Honda Accord price to buy a very powerful and prestige car. The E-Class is reliable and does not have any issues so far. It dawn on me that buy a three years old used or out of lease name brand car only cost me half of original. and I can enjoy a prestige car with a new Honda Accord price. \r \r I drove over to CtoC a few months ago and started to check BWM 3 series. I really like the acceralation of the car and BWM Brand and was surprised to see the one I like only cost half of MSP price for the same model for a new one in new BMW dealers. \r \r The Salemane Jay is very nice guy and gave me the price I wanted after some negotiation. The only thing I am not happy about the car is little bit shaking in steering wheel. Even I have changed all four new tires, the steering wheel is better but still a bit shaking at 50 mile. But, this is the problem of the car not dealer and I can not blame them for it. \r \r Overall, I am happy with CtoC service and I would recommand it to my friends.\r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r more

We saw an SUV online and decided to go look at this vehicle at Coast to Coast...We arrived and was greeted by Jay. He was friendly and helpful from the time my husband and I arrived. We took the SUV for a drive and came back to ask some ?s regarding this...We felt Jay was honest and was great to work with...There were a couple minor cosmetics that we wanted to have fixed on the vehicle and it was done before we left. (it took them less than 30 minutes to get these imperfections fixed and looking great)...We purchased the vehicle that day and he made the buying process very smooth...He was a pleasure to do business with and we think that this is a great place to purchase a car. I recently purchased a used Infiniti G35X and could not be happier. The price was great and working with the staff during the buying experience is the best I have come across, all the way from the salesman I worked with to the finance manager. I have purchased used cars in the past from other dealers with several bad experiences. It was refreshing to work with a dealer where I felt I was being treated with honesty and integrity the entire time. They went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle, get me in on a short notice for service, accommodate me by providing a courtesy vehicle to avoid waiting time, and I always felt their service and repair charges were fair. I've read some of the reviews on this board, some great, others confusing. The reason for the confusion is that I have purchased 4 cars from Coast to Coast and I've have a 5 star experience each time. I would be skepitcal of some of these angry buyers. C2C offers the best prices in town, are willing to prove that their price is the best in town, and the customer service is outstanding. I take my car back Coast to Coast for details, oil changes, tire rotation. etc, and they always do a great job. Matter fact, many folks that I work with have purchased cars from Coast to Coast and all have been quality cars. I've worked directly with the owners of the company at times, and they have explained to me that they hand select the cars from auctions, and they only are willing to buy cars that have been well taken care of, and are in top condition. I'm a local resident of the area, and have heard all good things about Coast to Coast and will continue to buy cars from them!! I like to buy from people that I trust, and do business with people that I can count on..... I dont need to look any further than C2C.\r \r Good luck to all.\r more

We purchased an 06 Infiniti M35x from them. 2days later I was back in with an airbag light flashing, they reset it and sent me on my way. 3 months later its on again, take it back in, they say we can't find anything and reset it and send me on my way. 3 months later its on again take it in and again, we cannot find anything and reset it again. 3 months later it comes back on, I take it to the Infiniti dealer and they informed me that my driver side air bag module is stuck open and it will not deploy if I wreck and it needs to replaced for $700. I immediately contacted C 2 C regarding the issue and go over all the times I had been in there for the problem. They said well you purchased the car 9mo ago we aren't liable even though I had the car in there 2 days after I purchased it. I submitted a complaint with the Att. Generals office and C 2 C replied with a complete lie saying I purchased the vehicle AS IS, which I did not and have the paperwork to prove it, the complaint was closed and so now here I am with an airbag repair of $700 and feeling screwed and cannot even enjoy driving my car because of all this BS. Jeeze if the Att. Generals office will not do anything what is a consumer to do? Consumers are losing money while they continue to rip people off. Infiniti and Nissan have both informed me that airbags do not just do this. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SKEEZERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I attempted to purchase a used card from these folks with poor results. First, it was like pulling teeth to actually get quoted a priced on a vehicle. Then when I arrived, I found the price I was given was wrong. \r I test drove a vehicle that had problems with brakes, alignment and had an engine vibration. After I contacted them (they NEVER returned any of my calls), they said they would only sell the vehicle as-is, even with the known safety issues, since they do not have a repair shop on site. I will not return to them for any future purchase since they are apparently willing to sell poor vehicles. Cons: Willing to sell unsafe vehicles more

The value is unbelievable, the quality is unmatched. i know of at least 2 friends who purchased these and they could not be any happier.
