I would like to say that I truly believe that God sent me to Coast to Coast Imports and linked me up with Jay as my Sales person. I prayed about purchasing a vehicle and prayed that God would send me to the right place with the right person to work with me and he did just that. He sent me to Jay Bechara. \r

When I finally got to the Dealership, I walked right up to the BMW that I had previously viewed on the website, even though there were dozens of other vehicles that looked exactly the same on the sales floor. \r

Jay had been waiting for me and he came right over, introduced himself and provided me with the best customer service ever! He was very patient with me, answering all of my questions and concerns, going through the vehicle information, and basically introducing me to my new car! Custome Service goes a long way! \r
