Coast to Coast Imports is a great option for buying a high quality vehicle like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi. These guys are the real deal, I've watched them grow over the years and they really work hard to make sure the customer gets what THEY want, and for a price that makes the dealers sweat. They have grown significantly over the years and continue to stock great vehicles. The staff are pleasant to deal with and very courteous, but not over the top or fake like you get at some of the dealerships around. I really appreciated the efforts of their staff and am writing a review to complement THEM. I'm a very picky buyer and was looking for a very specific car for my wife. Unfortunately for me, the option list was rather specific and very difficult to locate--that didn't stop C2C from working very hard to find it. Although it didn't work out this time, I wanted to express my appreciation for their efforts. I do look forward to buying from them as a good friend of mine picked a sweet BMW M3 that has been a fantastic car (very nice daily driver!). Jay warmly greeted us during our first trip to your car lot, was never pushy, gave us sound advice on what he thought was the best car for our budget and followed up with a pleasant e-mail about a week or so after our first interaction. He even came back on his day off to finalize the transaction when I was in a bind from selling my previous car the night before and had to get the car that day!!! I was so impressed. more

I recently purchased a Jaguar XF from this dealership and I regret every moment of it. After I purchased the jag from the dealer I took it into the Jaguar dealership for a rear tail light recall so it could get resolved. They tell me that the car has been under water before, the transmission is leaking, and the alignment needs to be done. All this I have written from Tom Wood Jaguar. \r The car has a shake in the steering wheel that I have spent over $500 trying to fix, the transmission is now lurching in first gear, and since the car has been in water the resale is gone.\r I went to these guys because I thought I would be safe buying a car from them. That I would spend my hard earned money and get a car from truthful people...I feel cheated. I am now dealing with a Jaguar that does not drive right and is water damaged. So if you ever, ever buy a car from them get the car inspected yourself. Do not trust their word or the carfax they show you about the cars history. more

Shopping for a luxurious pre-own vehicle can be tricky sometimes. I have visited a few dealerships in the past and never was too impressed until I visited Coast to Coast. As soon as you walk into the dealership, you will notice the family oriented atmosphere. Everyone greets you with a smile and everyone treats you with respect. I personally have purchased 3 vehicles from Coast to Coast and my experience has never been more pleasant. There was no pressure at all during the sales process and no unpleasant surprises. Coast to Coast provides extremely competitive prices in the midwest region. They provide me with a one stop shopping convenience for all my vehicle needs. I always take my car to them for service and the services are always done correctly every time. If you are looking to buy a luxurious pre-own vehicle, look no further than Coast to Coast. more

Bought a nice Infiniti M35 at Coast to Coast. Jay Becherra was a helpful, no pressure sales person. I would go back to him anytime to purchase another vehicle from him. Great selection of high end cars that come off leases. more

My wife purchased a Mercedes from them and completed the transaction without any involvement from me. The carfax was clean but the paint had overspray and the tires had 3/32 tread. Supposedly the vehicle only had 9,000 miles on it. I was being treated for cancer and she didn't involve me in any part of the decision making so I guess you could form the opinion it was as much her fault as the salesman taking advantage. I took the vehicle to a certified New Mercedes dealer and after a thorough inspection was informed the vehicle had been wrecked. He assured me Mercedes makes a good vehicle and this was an isolated dealer incident. If a report isn't filed prior damage doesn't reflect on a carfax. I had to replace all 4 tires at 238.00 each since they are 19"". The vehicle is going to have the alignment checked to determine if there is frame damage. The rims on the passenger side are heavily scratched around the edges which gives the appearance of the vehicle sliding on the side. The new dealer said the passenger front fender and both doors on the passenger side had been replaced. Again, she is as much at fault as Coast to Coast since she purchased the car. The vehicle was overpriced and the salesman assured her they would lose on the car if he came down any at all. You might be thinking the new dealership was looking to make money off her bad deal. They didn't charge anything and referred me to a wholesale company to purchase the tires. I'm sure she became the butt of jokes around their lot but use extreme caution when dealing with this company. The guy that sold her is the epitome of what gives used car salesmen a bad name. Haven't read all the reviews and am pleased for those that got good deals but my advice is as the title says Let The Buyer Beware. more
