We purchased an 06 Infiniti M35x from them. 2days later I was back in with an airbag light flashing, they reset it and sent me on my way. 3 months later its on again, take it back in, they say we can't find anything and reset it and send me on my way. 3 months later its on again take it in and again, we cannot find anything and reset it again. 3 months later it comes back on, I take it to the Infiniti dealer and they informed me that my driver side air bag module is stuck open and it will not deploy if I wreck and it needs to replaced for $700. I immediately contacted C 2 C regarding the issue and go over all the times I had been in there for the problem. They said well you purchased the car 9mo ago we aren't liable even though I had the car in there 2 days after I purchased it. I submitted a complaint with the Att. Generals office and C 2 C replied with a complete lie saying I purchased the vehicle AS IS, which I did not and have the paperwork to prove it, the complaint was closed and so now here I am with an airbag repair of $700 and feeling screwed and cannot even enjoy driving my car because of all this BS. Jeeze if the Att. Generals office will not do anything what is a consumer to do? Consumers are losing money while they continue to rip people off. Infiniti and Nissan have both informed me that airbags do not just do this. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SKEEZERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
