First off, if you are looking to purchase from C2C use Jay. He was helpful and took care of me. I spotted a 2005 Altima online and came in the day after it was listed to check it out. The test drive went well with Jay, and I ended up buying the same day I drove it. The next day I tested the heated seats and noticed the driver's side heater light was blinking. I took it back in the following day and asked Jay about it. Apparently it was an aftermarket system and the service tech said they could not fix an aftermarket system or that my warranty I purchased would not cover it either. The thing was, I was not informed of this malfunctioning heater seat before I bought it. However, I worked it out with Jay and he took care of it and C2C paid for the $150 repair. Maybe they didn't catch it when the car came in or maybe they knew and just didn't say anything. I don't know what to conclude about that small instance, but I do know that they resloved the issue and Jay really handled it well and took care of me. The thing I learned was to ask questions, whether buying for a used or new car. Make sure all the features are working, get a history report, be professional and honest. Jay was very personable and was more than just a salesman trying to move cars. more

I spent 6 months looking for the perfect used luxury BMW 328i hard top convertible, this is my 2nd BMW I wanted it to be in near- perfect shape and expect it to last well into my retirement. My purchasing experience was a excellent one. I worked with Rique McPheron, Rique followed through with every promise that he made and he held to my original offer. I asked to see the car on the lift to look to see if any damage was under the car, rims etc. and that was done within minutes. Most helpfull event was I'm a hour drive away and have looked at many, many cars online and have wasted alot of time on line and at other dealerships, personal autos and found some rough cars that others want big money for and would lead you to believe they are perfect before you visit and see the truth for yourself. I asked Rique what was the shape of the car before I drove to see it and what blemishs did it have, (no used car is perfect, if you want perfect, try paying for one of these at full retail cost, you had better have a thick billfold ! ) Rique took close up pictures of every rock chip and imperfection (very few) , had them too me by e-mail in a matter of a few hours and was honest discussing them and in every step of my buying experience. I will recommend Coast to Coast to anyone I run into. My wife and I were both treated with respect. Now I'm driving my dream car and the ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHNE ! more

I have four cars from Coast to Coast over the last few years and I just love how easy they make it...... no stupid games back and forth with ""the sales manager"". They price their cars right to start with and have always done what it takes to make the deal happen. This is our first experience in buying a preowned luxury sedan. We met Jay Bechara, their representative on the car lot in the rain. His genuine warmth and friendliness were a pleasant change from the weather. We test drove the car that we had found on the internet but also had an extended test drive in a very similar sedan. We decided on the second car and it has proven to be a great decision for us. So, we were shopping all day all over Indianapolis for a second vehicle. We mapped out all the places we wanted to stop at and Coast to Coast Imports was the last stop before we headed home. Let me just say, after going to 10 different dealerships, as soon as we walked in Coast to Coast Imports, they treated us like we have been there before and was offering us water and turning the TV on for our son to watch something he liked. We worked with Jay Bechara and right from the start he was not the typical sales guy. We were not there to buy a high end car and was there to look at a used truck they had. He treated us as if we were there buying a high end car. He was very honest and answered every question I had. As for the used truck, it was flawless compared to what we came across at other dealerships and the price was whole lot better than what we ran into all day. My wife and I were very please with Jay Bechara and everybody at Coast to Coast Imports. Highly recommend them if you are looking for new or used vehicle. more

I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. There wasn't any hassling or aggressive sales. They saw what we wanted and made it happen. From the moment we walked on the lot, we knew this was going to be different from our other car buying experiences. Jay was extremely helpful in our situation. We came in with a lease that had two months left. It was highly unlikely that the car we wanted would still be there when the lease was up. To get us into the new car that day, they bought out the lease right then and there. Also, the sticker/website price was 2K higher than what cars,com had. They honored the lower price, no questions asked. Even though the higher price was still 3-4K less than KBB or other dealers in the area. There were a few small blemishes on the outside of the car that they repaired right then. With all of that, we we're still in and out in a few hours time. I will highly recommend Jay and the rest of the Coast to Coast team to everyone I know. more

My car was totaled in an accident so I was looking for a new one. I had looked at so many car dealerships in person and online and was considering a couple of cars. I found a Jaguar online at Coast to Coast that appealed to me. It was also very reasonably priced. \r \r I called C2C to make sure that the car was there before I went to the dealership. I happened to get Brady. I really dislike dealing with car salesmen but it was such a pleasant surprise to meet Brady. If I had met him somewhere else, I would never guess that he sold cars. He wasn't pushy and knew so much about the background of the car which was something that was important to me. My son is an ASE auto technician and he examined the car on a lift and hooked it up to a scanner and said that the car was in perfect condition. \r \r I bought the car and feel comfortable with my purchase.
