WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! BOYCOTT! 2/11/2009

I went in to see a car that was listed at the price of 10,900 online. When I got there, after driving up from Bloomington, I test drove the car. Chad, whom went with me on the test drive, confirmed the price of 10,900. When it came time to purchase the car, we were informed that the site was incorrect, and the car was 2,000 dollars more than that. The owner, which did not stand up out of his chair when we were brought in to see him, was unwilling to acknowledge that it was ever this price. Chad was brought in, who proceeded to completely deny saying anything at all about that price. The owner then proceeded to point his finger in a stabbing motion at my father, who was in charge of making the purchase, and proclaim ""you know damn well how much that car cost, it doesnt make a difference what he said"". Several more times he flat out accused us all of lying. When we offered to meet him somewhere in between, he said ""Listen, the website, no matter what it was, is right now. It's my car, and I can sell it forever how much I want to. 12900 or get out of here"". All of this well poking his finger and being possibly the most insulting salesmen that any of my family have encountered in our entire lives. He was not the least bit apologetic about anything, and got angry when no one was at any point rude to him. We will never do business with that company, and hope no one else will waste their time even looking there. It was repulsing how we were treated. Cons: everything. never go here. more

Great service, great atmosphere, great cars 2/6/2009

After wrecking my 2005 Saab 9-3 and emerging unharmed, I went in search for another Saab. Coast to Coast had a great price on a 2007 9-3 Aero edition that was immaculate. Although they had just reduced the price and weren't able to move price-wise, my counter-offer that I would accept the purchase price so long as they replaced the 50,000 mile tires on a car with 32,000 miles was quickly accepted, as was my requirement spot-painting was done on some dings. I was treated well, with respect, and at no time did I feel pressured nor, as the other reviewer seems to indicate, cheated. more
