This was my first time buying a car from Coast to Coast and I was pleased to have had the opportunity to work with Jay Bechara. I would buy from him again. He took the time to understand my needs and provided several appropriate vehicles for consideration. I did my homework, shopping the usual dealers locally and pricing comparable vehicles online throughout Indiana, Chicago and northern Kentucky. I found the offering price for my vehicle at Coast to Coast was competitive. As a result, they were not willing to negotiate much of a discount from the offering price. However, they did come off the price a little and agreed to replace two of the tires. There was sufficient tread on the tires but the wear was uneven and I am particular about my tires. After we agreed on price I gave them a shot at the financing and, again, found it competitive with my bank and a local credit union. I did the financing through Coast to Coast and the paperwork was processed very quickly. I have called a Jay a few times after the sale to ask questions about one thing or another and he has always responded promptly and fully. In summary, Jay took good care of me, I got the vehicle I wanted and paid a fair price. What more can you ask?
