I just wanted to send you a quick message thanking you for providing my wife and I with a great used car. We are very pleased with our purchase of the BMW X3. More importantly, I wanted to personally let you know how great of a job Jay did during the whole process. We shopped around but I must say that Jay was above and beyond the average car sales representative we worked with. Jay warmly greeted us during our first trip to your car lot, was never pushy, gave us sound advice on what he thought was the best car for our budget and followed up with a pleasant e-mail about a week or so after our first interaction. He even came back on his day off to finalize the transaction when I was in a bind from selling my previous car the night before and had to get the car that day!!! I was so impressed.
