Jason (truck 2) arrived at 7:55am for an 8am appointment, and the service level continued to get even better from there. 2 furnaces and a heat pump were serviced and Jason explained the process along the way. Jason pointed out useful and easy maintenance tips for the homeowner to do between maintenance visits as well as things to monitor on a periodic basis in order to detect developing issues. Jason is very knowledgeable with many years in the industry and hope to see him on a future visit. I have been using Walton for nearly 20 years and they continue to impress.
