We LOVE our ballagio floor in our garage. We called 3 companies and the only one that made sense was Closet Factory since everyone else sold epoxy. We worked with Mark and he showed us his own garage floor with a border that looked so cool we did that too. WOW! Best floor in our neighborhood. Thanks Mark. Shellie Miller and the team at the Closet Factory did an excellent job with some improvements at our home. As a Designer and Project Manager Shellie was very professional and made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. The installers and office staff were also pleasant and helpful. I will highly recommend Shellie and her company in the future. more

Installed Closet Factory closets through Costco and couldn't be happier. Working with Mark Sidel was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable about the whole design process from start to finish and made the decision making easy. Amy Mendez transformed our garage from a disorganized mess, with a deteriorating floor, to a showplace with a stunning Polyurea floor and impressive spacious and beautiful cabinets! Our garage floor looks amazing! We worked with Mark Sidell from Closet Factory and he was so right about the polyurea floor that they do. We wanted to invest in the best and as Mark said it is the ""cheapest"" option available since you only do it once. Jerry and his installers did such beautiful work and they couldn't be nicer. I was fortunate to have the closets and one pantry at my 3 unit rental property re-designed by Shellie Miller, a talented and knowledgable lady! These areas had been so abused and overloaded by former tenants, and she was able to explain that often ""less is more"" when it comes to too many features. The men who installed these new, sturdier shelves and hanging areas were prompt, neat and efficient. The Closet Factory has great products and representatives of the finest caliber! more

The Closet Factory did my other house so I went with them again. They sent designer Shellie Miller and everything that she did was perfect such as the measurements and the organization for my master bedroom closet. When they came to install, there was no problem whatsoever. Shellie's layout was right on. The craftsmanship and the workmanship that the installers did were excellent. Everybody was super great. more

I could not be happier with my new closets. Shelly Miller was the BEST designer and her team at the Closet Factory are so easy to work with. I did one closet six years ago and just had them do 2 more. In 2011 I was planning to buy components at one of the big box stores and build the closet myself, but the Closet Factory was only slightly more than I would have paid elsewhere, and I didn't have to do the installation. How sweet is that! more
