Mark was so much fun to work with and he really knows his stuff. I wanted to do my garage and had visited lots of places to see what they had but Closet Factory was clearly the top company. Several promised lifetime guarantees but I didn't get the feeling that they would be able to back that up. And since many hungs the cabinets on the wall and offered epoxy type floor coating I knew I needed a better option. When I met Mark he made sure I understood all the options in the market place and why Closet Factory was selected by Motor Trend and COSTCO to be their partner. I told Mark I really loved color and he was very helpful in finding just the right floor and cabinet combination and he made sure the price was affordable. Plus the quality is so good that I was very glad I had walked in to their store in Deefield. Impressive! Thanks Mark for a really great job and thank the Installers again for me. My RaceDeck floor looks amazing!\r
