My husband and I decided to sell a townhouse and called several companies to get an estimate for our master closet and storage systems (pantry, laundry room, linen). The Closet Factory bid was good with our budget. Our designer and project manager was Shellie Miller. She was very professional and gave us updates on the project regularly. We have dealt with many home improvement companies and GCs before, but we have never experienced this level of customer service. We highly recommend Shellie and the Closet Factory for your next project.
