Perfect service - even honored a coupon for 10% off that I had received with an expiration date about 1 - 1/2 weeks before the appt. I have always been very pleased with service at Chuck Olson, and would recommend them highly. more

Pretty straight forward dickering without too much gaming 12/17/2013

BobC was very good to work with. He's a vet and honest in his approach. We both used the normal negotiation process and I felt it was respectful and ended up with a win-win. I don't like the "manager in the back" technique, but I think that is unavoidable with any dealer. They let me take the classic car I was considering buying to an independent expert for a survey and it worked out very well. I ended up buying based on a good result and getting to the price I thought was fair. more

100,000 mile service plus 12/12/2013

For the past 10 years I have been getting my '04 Trailblazer serviced exclusively at Chuck Olson. The most recent was the 100,000 mile service, plus replacement of the serpentine belt and the alternator. There are cheaper ways of getting the work done, but at Chuck Olson I know that I will be treated like a king, that everything will be done right and that they will stand behind their work. My experiences with some less expensive shops in the past have taught me that it is better to be unhappy with the cost and happy with the results than to be happy with the cost and unhappy with the results. Happiness with the results lasts much longer, and that's what I get at Chuck Olson. more

I took in my truck for its 90k service, having never been to this dealership before. James Gessey and his team did a fantastic job asking and listening about the history of my truck, providing an estimate and voicing potential overages for what-ifs, and communicating throughout the process on the status. The final bill was spot-on to the original estimate. They also provided me some pointers and recommendations for future maintenance whether or not I returned to their shop… but I’m sure I will after having such great service. more

Gets the job done 12/6/2013

They aren't the cheapest place to get service or repair work done, but they are one of the least expensive chevy dealerships around and they do a good job. My wife has a toyota and she takes it to the toyota dealership in Bellevue. They would get a 5 star (they even give you freshly baked cookies for free) except their prices are so high. So comparing this chevy dealership to that toyota one I can only give a 4 star. more
