Great car buying experience 1/30/2014

I had researched cars for months and pretty well knew what I wanted. I chose Chuck Olsen because I had purchased there about 8 years ago and because they had the largest selection of the make and model I wanted. The Jonathan Salter helped us select a model to test drive, and then another. He consulted with us on features and concerns and then walked me through the buying process. Things went seamlessly and in the end, I made the right choice and I am delighted with my new car! more

Best Service Department around 1/30/2014

I have had numerous problems with my vehicle. The saving grace has been the service department at Chuck Olson, they are the only reason why I keep coming back to Chevy. James is the best. more

Our sales guy, Demetri, was so good to us. He has a very welcoming approach that isn't at all smarmy. He made us feel right at home. He stayed late to help us find what we wanted. We bought a Chevy Traverse. WE love it! The whole team over there has been really helpful. James in the Service Department was very responsive and kind. I'd highly recommend their team. more

Oil Change and Service 1/28/2014

The overall experience was ok. Very Friendly staff but the turn around time for a basic oil and lube took over an hour and when I got my truck back they had forgot to reset the computer setting with the oil life percentage. Simple error but again took more of my time. more

I really was concerened that I would get pressured into buying a car that was not exactly what I wanted but that was not the case. Salesmen were easy to deal with and I was satisfied with my purchase which was not a new car. more

The most honest and helpful dealership I've worked with. Time was allowed for me to be sure about my decisions on which car to purchase without any pressure what so ever. There interest was to be sure I purchased the vehicle I wanted and that it would suit my particular needs. more

Awesome staff and great selection of vehicles 1/23/2014

I had a wonderful experience! Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was inviting and warm. I've had experiences at other dealerships and I've been intimidated and was pressured into buying a vehicle I didn't like or afford. Bob was a wonderful salesman, no pressure, friendly and conversational. I have nothing but Positive things to say about my car buying experience and not to mention I Love my new car!!!! more

Great service experience 1/23/2014

My service advisor, James, did a great job handling the replacement of the heater unit in my new 2013 Volt. He was very up front with me concerning what needed to be done and how long it would take to properly replace the faulty unit with a new one. My service experience with Chuck Olson Chevrolet has been outstanding! more
