Excellent Service 3/10/2015

'm writing this review for my 83 year old father in-law. He goes to Casey Automotive for general maintenance and on his last visit some work was recommended. When he returned to have the work completed he authorized "all the work" and didn't realize that he authorized $1700.00 of repairs. He was upset and asked me to call and review the work completed. I'm a service manager for a high end car line and have been in the automotive service industry for over 40 years. The gentleman that I spoke to explained everything to me and the price was fair for the work that completed. They actually went above and beyond my expectations and I feel comfortable knowing that my father in-law is taking his car to a place I would do business with. You can't put a price on piece of mind. We are very happy. 3/10/2015

We have been taking our cars to Casey Automotive for many years and we are very happy with them. They are so efficient and we don't have to schedule appointments. Walk-ins are welcome! They are always willing to help with a smile. And as they work on their cars, they call us to let us know what they are doing. Their prices are excellent and sometimes we receive coupons through the mail. more

Good Experience. I will be back. 2/27/2015

I have worked with Casey Automotive three times. They help me with my '05 Mustang. They took care of me after my alternator failed, and it cost me very little to replace as a result. Their website doesn't mention they have wi-fi in the lobby, which would've been nice to know! Otherwise, they've been very good about everything, and are reasonable to work with. more

Friendly place, waiting room is top notch as well! 2/24/2015

Whenever I take the car into Casey Automotive, they take care of it and do it right the first time. I don't have to keep going back for the same thing over and over again. They're also proactive about bringing things to my attention before it becomes a big problem. Lastly, their prices are not outrageous like the dealerships. more

Casey Automotive does automotive work for all of our vehicles. I don't usually do these kind of reviews or surveys, but they've been friends of ours for awhile now. I'd have to say that we're one hundred percent satisfied with their services. I would recommend them. more

I have been going to Casey Automotive for years, and they really work with you as the customer. I have been going there for years, and I really feel like the atmosphere is also great. Wonderful! 1/27/2015

I have 5 cars, and for 20 years, I have been taking them to Casey Automotive. All of my kids' cars, my truck, every vehicle has gone to them. They have taken care of them since day one! I go back for the quality of the work, and the fact that they know how to do it. Each car has been fixed the first time, every time. I also go there for general service like oil changes. They handle it really quick, and I'm in and out of there. I never have a problem, and they are always available on short notice. more

I started going to Casey Automotive years ago and they are wonderful. Everyone there is very nice and positive. They are also efficient with their work on cars. I can call them anytime I have little questions about my car. One time I lost my key and they helped me find it. It was under a mat in my car, and to this day we still make jokes about it. I have a high level of trust in them. more

Battery Replacement 1/3/2015

Very nice staff, helpful and didn't try to push extra repairs that were not asked for. In and out on a Saturday morning in about an hour. Checked every local parts store and their batteries were the cheapest! Free installation too. Would definitely return for future business. more

They took care of me very well 12/10/2014

First, I like the convenience Casey Automotive's business hours. They are open until six and that gives me a chance to pick up my car after work. They also open on Saturdays. I had some minor issue and had to bring the car back, but they took care of me very well. I speak highly for the managers in that store. more

Great Place to take your Car 12/7/2014

Casey in Streamwood is a great place to take your car. I've been going there for about 4 yrs and have never had a bad experience. I also own a Classis Car and decided to take that to them also, they treated it as well as I would. With all my visits there they don't push or pressure you, they talk to you, do what needs to be done and welcome you back to do the other work later. more

I have been a customer of Casey Automotive since 2008. They service my Saturn Outlook. They make dealing with vehicle repairs easy on you. Whenever I get my car worked on, they give me a loaner car to hold me over. They do repairs in a timely manner and they keep my updated on the status. I would recommend them. more
