My husband did tell me he needed new tires on the car, and the other places he took it to recently said that he needed to replace the rims on it, which are quite costly. The gentleman at Casey Automotive said there was no need to replace them, he would dress them out and clean them up and they would be just fine. So that saved us a bunch of money and they have been working fine since. We would definitely recommend them. more

We took vehicle in to Casey Automotive to replace a something with the oil pan and they got it done really quickly and they were reasonably priced and very helpful. It was my first time using the service, but I was happy with everything they did and how friendly they were. They let me know exactly what was going on and did the work needed to get it back up and running. I would use them again. more

My husband and I have been searching for Years to find a local shop where we can get oil changes and regular non-dealer maintenance and repairs, without being taken advantage of because of our lack of car knowledge. Every time I'd find a shop I felt "comfortable" with, they would literally up and disappear overnight. (Happened twice in the same building in 3 years. I won't mention names because one was actually a small chain and I'm not here to make your competition look bad, in these cases they did that themselves). We both needed new tires, my car needed them more desperately, and I got quotes from the dealer and my husband went to Casey's to get a comparable quote. He was so impressed with the service and knowledge, that he told me to go ahead and get my new tires at Casey's. So one morning I happened to be running errands and was informed by another motorist that one of my tires was dangerously low. Not only do I not know how to put air in my tires, but I am disabled. So I went to Casey's, hoping to make an appointment to get my new tires, and hoping they would fill my low tire in the meantime. They went 2 steps better. Not only were they able to replace my tires that very day, but they also gave me a loaner car, because I hadn't planned to not have my car that day. One gentleman remembered speaking to my husband, and he noted there had been a rebate offered since he spoke to my husband, that would give me a higher quality tire for a net (post-rebate) difference of only $30 (total! not per tire!) ..... but he wanted to talk to my husband himself about it, because he didn't want to appear to be doing a "bait-and-switch" (because they weren't!) :) But my husband was out of town and unreachable. I knew he would want to accept the rebate and improved tires, so I did, AND the gentleman at Casey's even filled out all the rebate forms for us! I had to do NOTHING to collect my rebate, except sit back and wait for the check to come (and I've been getting email updates regarding the status of the rebate). At NO time did ANYONE pressure me for any additional work or services, although my husband and I will be returning not only for his tires, but for regular oil changes and essentially everything that we don't have to go to the dealer for. And with two locations and a longstanding presence in the community, I know I don't have to worry about them and all my auto maintenance records disappearing overnight without notice :) I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and not only do I know I will be returning, but I have peace of mind knowing I have such a reliable place taking care of my family's 'automotive needs.' more

I really dislike having to take my car in for even the smallest things i.e. oil changes. I found the staff at this Casey Automotive very helpful. My car was ready when they said it would be and I did not receive a hard sell on the recommended items. The prices were reasonable. It is close to where I work so I could drop the car off and have it by the time my work day was done. more

Casey Automotive are a really great company with competent staff members. I've gotten axle rods, tune ups and oil changes from Casey Automotive. Ali demonstrates very great customer service and is also very informative. Very diligent and the mechanics know what they're doing. more

The guys over at Casey Automotive are great! When I brought in my care they diagnosed what the problem was in a matter of minutes which was crazy for me because I had no idea what it was prior to bringing it in. Before beginning work on my car they explained to me what they were going to do which I really appreciated. Once they got to work, it really did not take them more than an hour or two to fix the problem which was really convenient for me. They did a great fix and they did it at a great price so I am one happy camper! more

I went to Casey Automotive for an oil change plus a 40,000 mile check up. They did a few different things for the check up you know, they put in different filters and they checked a lot of stuff. The check up was more than an oil change but they charged me for the oil change two times, so when I saw that I had been charged twice I had to reach out to them and tell them and they did take it off the bill when I went back for another oil change but they shouldn't have done that at all. The shop is out of the way too so I had to go back for the second oil change and of course, so I could get the money back. Once I went back, they were polite. more

Casey Automotive had great customer service. They are very easy to work with and have great communication with customers. I have taken four cars there for anything from general maintenance to full on repairs and have been satisfied with both services. I would recommend them. more

I sent my car to Casey Automotive to get it fixed. And they immediately found everything in my vehicle that was wrong at the time. My car needed a part that wasn't available at the shop, and they had it delivered. They fixed everything well. It was an overall excellent experience, and I left satisfied. Casey's checks your car thoroughly. The work is excellent. I have been using this shop for several years and been very satisfied. I like the little extras the shop does, like checking your brakes at no cost, and free tire rotation with an oil change. Dealerships charge for everything. more

I have been taking my car over to the guys at Casey Automotive for about 8 or 9 years now. The gentleman in the office part are always very polite and helpful. As a woman bringing her car in to a shop, I feel very comfortable with them as they have always been honest with me and have never tried to sell me things or repairs that I don't need. They always do great work and the turnaround time in my experience has always been really good. They just provide excellent service, and they do it with a smile which I really appreciate.
