My experience has been non-bumpy! 9/24/2013

On my last visit to Casey Automotive I got my tires and struts replaced. Everything has been good there; I've never had a problem. Usually my car is done in two to three hours within dropping it off with no issues at all. They are very friendly and informative there. I've never had a problem with any of them. The one time my car was there for more than three hours, they called me and said the part was on back order and gave me a loaner for the four days my vehicle would be in the shop. They got it fixed with no inconvenience to me and everything went perfectly. more

Great workmanship with excellent customer service 9/17/2013

I took my BMW 528I to Casey on a recommendation from a friend. They were able to save me over $300 from the dealership cost. Their manager Paul took the time to explain the repairs in great detail and made me feel like I was not getting ripped off. I would and have recommend this shop to my friends and family. Hey! they even have a loaner car!! more

Ethical, Honest, and 100% Recommended 9/16/2013

After some less-than-favorable experiences with other repair shops, CASEY was recommended to me by a neighbor a few years back. I have a lovely 20 year old 1993 Mercedes, which requires some delicate work and a high expertise, and I have been so pleased with both the fair pricing and quality of work that I have received. .Additionally, I had a recent 'unique' experience that prompted me to write. I had loaded up my car and trunk to the brink with donations for the salvation Army, when- all of a sudden- my trunk wouldn't close. So, I drove slowly with flashers on over to CASEY and asked if they could please provide an 'Emergency Repair' so I could take the donations over. Ten minutes later, my trunk was repaired! When I asked Paul Casey what the charges were, he replied "none'. Although I insisted, he said it was no problem at all- and to just take the donations on over. What a kind and community-minded thing to do. I just wanted to say 'THANKS', not only for your recent generosity, but for the great work that I receive on my car all the year through! more

Excellent Service! 9/16/2013

I had my first experience this past Saturday with Casey's, and I was very impressed with the service, the costs and the repairs to my car. Everything was explained up front, including the costs, along with some suggested maintenance, but no pressure to go along with their suggestions. I asked them to take care of the maintenance along with the repairs, and was very pleased with the cost. She runs like a dream! Thanks Casey's! I'll definitely be back! more

My powertrain 8/25/2013

I had my trasmission replaced two years ago and just recently had my engine replaced on the same 2004 GMC Envoy. I have nothing but great things to say to all of my friends and family about Caseys Automotive. I have always delt with Ole and he makes sure that if i need a car while my truck is being serviced that one is available to me.Ole also makes sure that I am happy. I trust Caseys 100%. more

I haven't had any real problems with Casey Automotive! One time they put new brakes on and accidentally turned the brake line upside down, but they told me about it right away and replaced it just fine! more

The only place I'll go 7/17/2013

This is the only place I'll take my cars. The team is outstanding, especially Ollie. I never feel pressured or am made to feel like I'm paying for service that I don't need. If necessary, they give me the list of all service recommended and then take care of what I pick to have done. First class place. more

I have taken our cars to Casey's for over 10 years. Always honest (I sometimes take it for second opinions and their price is usually better). Quality work -- only had to have them recheck work once in all these years, with 3 cars, and they stood by their work. You can feel confident taking your car there. more

I have used Casey for the last 15 years to service over 6 vehicles spanning over multiple brands. They are honest, dependable and I have never had a poor experience. In fact, I have never felt the need to compare with any other shops or even my dealer as i know i will get the most reliable service at a fair price. more

Fair treatment, nice atmosphere 7/8/2013

Casey Automotive is a great company. Since they have remodeled it is a bit more roomy and the waiting room is nice. They are up-front about what needs to be done this time versus what can be done later on. They take me seriously and are kind when they deal with me. They treat men and women equal, which I appreciate as a woman who sometimes feels taken advantage of because I don't understand car maintenance. Equal treatment car service with good working knowledge! more

unexperienced people, poor service 7/8/2013

I spent almost $1000 and my AC STILL DIDN'T WORK. They replaced good, undamaged parts....They didn't know what's the problem. They learned how to fix my car, and I paid for this lessons,,,And they left screwdriver in engine compartment and pair of gloves. STUDENTS NOT EXPERIENCED MECHANICS... I found another auto repair shop and they fix the problem for $97. 35 years of experience?? bullshit more

Anywhere from price to the whole service, I was completely satisfied with Casey Automotive. I was informed about what was being done and why it was done. I just got a really good feeling about using them and it was a good feeling spending 1500 dollars, knowing it went to good, knowledgeable people. I would highly recommend them! more

Honest service, they pick up my car from my house for me! 6/17/2013

Casey Auto has gone out of the way for me because my wife and I are on disability. They have the guys come to our house and pick up my car and take it back up to us when they are finished. They describe problems for me, they make sure everything is taken care of, and they take full responsibility for any mistakes.
