Excellent. 11/13/2015

Working with Casey Automotive has been excellent. I have been going to them for over two years. I am a continuing customer first and foremost because of this shop's honesty. They are very honest about their work and that's what keeps my faith in Casey. I have two older cadillacs and they have had plenty of opportunities to charge me thousands of dollars and do work that wasn't necessary, but they never have. They have had to rebuild one of the engines several times due to engineering issues, and they have done a wonderful job. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable as well as honest. Ole in particular, is my favorite to work with. He knows me and my family because he takes care of all of us. more

Easy, efficient, and satisfactory 11/5/2015

The people at Casey Automotive are knowledgeable, efficient, and quick with their work. I've been going to them for around four months now and everything seems to be good so far. I rated them a four because, I mean, some of the people there aren't what I would say the most affable, but they're not rude or anything. They just get to work quickly, which I understand, and they do a good job. Their prices do sometimes tend to be higher than I originally expect but I find them to be fair for the service and I like that they provide a loaner car in the meantime. Overall, they're good people who back up what they do and are quick and efficient with their work. more

Quality service! A garage you can trust. 10/20/2015

Casey Arlington Heights has delivered great service for my vehicles - everything from brakes to replacing a wheel bearing to designing and installing a custom exhaust on a '71 Chevy C-10 pickup. Gabe has provided timely service when the caliper needed replaced and I needed my car back that same day. He always explains the necessary repairs, has a quote ready, and completes the work on time. more

Gabe and David were very helpful, gave great customer service. My car has been giving me problems for a long time. I took it to another well known shop. After 4 visits and over $2,000 spent, still had major problems. Gabe took care of the problem right away! I have been recommending Casey Automotive to everyone I have talked to. They have a new customer for life! more

Wonderful service and unbeatable price! 7/18/2015

Casey's replaced my entire air conditioning system which had been done just 8 months ago when I bought my CRV. Obviously, the previous people had not done the job right or it wouldn't have failed. Casey's was about 1/2 the cost of going to a local shop or Honda itself. Thank you to everyone! more

I recommend Casey Automotive all the time. The work is done right the first time, and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. The one time that there was an issue, they corrected it, and did so on their own nickle. Great service, good price, and good evaluations! more

I've been going to Casey Automotive for years. I take my car in, they fix it, and I leave. The one thing I don't like is that I have to buy my parts from them. They won't install parts I bring to them. more

Great service, great quality! 5/13/2015

I have gone to Casey Automotive before for oil changes and such, but this was the first time I've had major work done. They were clear upfront about what needed to be done, what could stand to wait, and the cost. They were even able to provide a comparison with other shops. Everything turned out good! more

I've gone to Casey Automotive for several car issues. The first was a transmission problem that they were able to fix within a day. I've gone to them for oil work, brake work, front wheel barrings, and they did good work each time. Very trustworthy. more

Great, Friendly, Intelligent Service! 4/22/2015

Casey Automotive has been doing work on my cars for me for the past six years and they are great. I am in the limousine business and have about ten cars, and I get them all serviced at Casey Automotive because the mechanics have been doing so for years. The customer service is good, knowledgeable, and professional. But, I will say that their price is very expensive. I feel that if they lowered the prices a little, then they would be able more business. However, I still recommend them! more

Never Felt More Comfortable! 4/17/2015

I've been using Casey Automotive for the past few years and they are great. I was referred to them from a friend and I'm so thankful as I feel comfortable and safe there. After I purchased a used vehicle, I went to them and they told me everything that I needed to do for the car and what condition it was in. I didn't feel like I was forced into that things that weren't necessary. They worked with me to tackle certain jobs first, so that I could save money. They really try to keep you spending the least amount of money possible. They're also great about loaner vehicles; one time, however, they didn't have one and they drove me home. You could see why I have recommended them to many people! more

Fabulous and Accommodating! 4/8/2015

I have no complaints whatsoever for Casey Automotive. My mother referred me to them an ever since it's been wonderful! I love them. I know I can come straight to them when I need anything done. The reason I most recently went there was when I had three tires slashed in my driveway. I knew I could bring it to them and they took me in right away. Their prices are good. They're fabulous and accommodating. more

I have been going to Casey Automotive ever since they opened about 25 or 30 years ago. They're right by my house, and they've always been very good to me. I went to them quite often, as I used to have three cars. They do good work for reasonable prices, and are great to be around. Great Service 3/20/2015

I've had my 3 vehicles serviced at Casey for the past two years. The prices are fair and the service has always been very good. This last time I had to get work done on my 2006 Suzuki Gran Vitara to be able to pass the emissions test. It was going to be awhile until they got to my car so as usual Gabe arranged a ride for me back to my house about 4 miles away. There were some problems getting parts and with repairing the car that required an extra day so Gabe arranged a loaner car for me the next morning while they kept the car. That day they were still waiting for some parts, they dont make Suzuki's anymore and parts can be difficult to get, so no problem to let me keep the loaner car. They had to keep it over the weekend and on Monday when I went to pick up the car. Not only was the car ready but Gabe had taken the car to get tested and pass emissions test. That's service above and beyond expectations. Saving me the time to test it. Thanks Casey and thanks Gabe Ramirez. Outstanding!! more
