Won't take my car anywhere else 3/1/2016

I love Casey's and if I have a choice I won't take my car to any other auto repair shop. They're prices are reasonable and the mechanics are courteous and honest. One of the best places for car repairs I've ever been to. more

Honest, fair-priced, good, conscientious and excellent repairs 2/29/2016

Everything about Casey Automotive is great. I have 20 different cars, 5 kids, and 6 grandkids, and we have only take our cars to Casey for the past 15 years. I have one car over there right now getting new mufflers and stuff. They're always really nice. Gabe, David, Ken, and everyone, every single one of them is as nice as can be. They don't screw up everything else in your car when they work; they fix what's broken and don't mess up anything else. They're always really good about being flexible. Like my daughter, she had a car there and had to go to work at 8 AM, and they weren't open until 7:30 AM. But Gabe took her out to the back, gave her a loaner, and dropped off the repaired car back. I have never had one complaint whatsoever. They're all really, really nice guys, every one of them. more

More than an auto shop 2/11/2016

The folks at Casey Automotive take care of my car, my wife's car, and my three sons' cars. We've been with them for ten years and they're like family to us. They do everything from minor jobs like brakes and head light replacements, to bigger jobs like rebuilding transmissions and timing chains. Olie is the service manager and he's excellent, he's actually saved us a lot of money and gotten us out of a bad situation when we went to another repair shop. My wife and I took our car to Casey Automotive before a trip to Kansas City and they checked everything out for us. As we were on our way there, we started having car troubles so I called Olie. He suggested I take my car to another auto shop and we ended up at a Chrysler dealership. They took a look at our car and wanted to charge us $1500 to repair it, which was way more than Olie and Casey charged me when they repaired the same thing. I called Olie and he asked to speak with the mechanics at the dealership. It turns out, the parts were going to cost $500 but they were wanted to rip me off and charge me $1000 for the service. Olie talked them into charging me $500 and handled the situation well. He saved us a lot of money and we were very glad we called him and got his expertise. Anytime we have to get repairs and our car won't be ready that day, they'll give us a loaner car and let us keep it for however long the job takes. Olie stays after hours to fix our cars sometimes and the kind of customer service he provides is unmatched. The people at Casey Automotive treat us like family and we recommend them to everyone! more

Friendly and Knowledgable Staff 2/9/2016

Casey Automotive service all five (5) of my cars. This last time I had electrical problems with my window for one of my vehicles. I am completely satisfied with the results. I found them by driving around in the local area. I think their prices are reasonable. Casey Automotive's staff are really professional and knowledgeable; I like them because they find the problem, correct it, call me and lastly make a decision; they know what they are doing. more

Love the service I have received for years. 2/5/2016

I have been going to Casey Automotive for over 16 years and they are so great. You won't find many shops that are willing to give you car or pick you up when your car is having major work done and they do that for me whenever I need it. When I call them they'll go out of their way to accommodate me. They have brought me home before and to work and sometimes both in the same day, they are just fantastic. My credit union was closed recently when I went to pick up my vehicle and they actually gave me my car so I could go get my money. I don't know anyone else that would do that I have a friend who lives in Chicago and said if it wasn't so far she would definitely come to them too. I just love them. more

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, providing excellent service. 1/26/2016

I took my vehicle(VW Jetta) to Casey Automotive, to have a complete brake job done, an oil change, as well as an EVAP issue repaired, which was causing the check engine light to come on. They did an outstanding job! My vehicle was ready at the exact time and day as promised. The service advisor David Hudson, was a pleasure to work with, and the technician who worked on my car, did an excellent job. They will gladly answer any questions that you may have. I highly recommend Casey Automotive, and believe you will be completely satisfied. more

Good work but dishonest 1/26/2016

I've had issues with Casey Automotive. I consistently get mixed messages from them. One mechanic said a job would cost $200, and then they said it would have to be an $800 part. We took the $200 part and it's been working just fine. I've come in and I know what it needs because my neighbor is a mechanic and used to fix our cars for us. They charge a $79 diagnostic fee when I already know what it needs and have told them what's wrong. One time I came in and told them that we need a distributor cap and the wires replaced. They charged me a diagnostic fee because I also needed a distributor. There was one guy, Steve, who was honest and gave me a nice quote. He doesn't work there anymore, however. They do great work and I never have to take the car back because the work is done correctly. It's just that the person who's figuring out the quotes is trying to sink us. more

I highly recommend Casey Automotive. I can honestly say that I trust them more than I trust the dealership that I got the car from. I think that they are honest and when I ask them a question about car parts and how things work, they tell me. Oh! And they gave me a coupon once even though I forgot it at home. I would say these guys are pretty good and I trust them a lot. more

Simply the best! 1/8/2016

Casey Automotive has no peer in the auto service space. I have to hold my nose to go to the dealer for warranty work because I am spoiled by Casey's great service, reasonable pricing, and people with integrity who actually understand cars AND customer wants and needs. They consistently deliver excellence--that is no easy task. So congrats to the owner who built this great business, the customer facing leaders and their teams for getting it right and taking care of us. I really appreciate Casey's! more

Dependable, honest and does a good job 1/8/2016

Casey Automotive is trustworthy and does a good job in a timely manner. I've been going to them for five years or more. I trust them with oil changes, tires, brakes and a lot of general maintenance that's required. I'm not a car person, so I rely on them to tell me what I need, and they are patient with explanations. Their prices are probably on target for the work; I wouldn't call them cheap but competitive. more

Good service, good prices. 1/4/2016

I have gone to Casey Automotive for years. This biggest reason is I trust them. I go in whenever I need an oil change and I'll have them look at whatever may be an issue. My husband has had his vehicles there as well. I just feel like they provide excellent service and are always honest about my car. I highly recommend them for their service and for the price. more

We use Casey Automotive all the time, they are our regular mechanics so whenever any of our vehicles needs repair or service we always go to Casey. They always do good job, charge us reasonably and provide quick, great service. I would tell anyone this is a great place to have your cars serviced regularly. more

I've had my daughter in, both my daughters have been in Casey Automotive. They don't live in the vicinity so they don't come in very often but they still go there. I think that they are honest with their dealing with the customers. They are always there to help you with whatever is wrong with your car and they have even taken the time to drive me home if I leave my car here. I trust them. more

We have used Casey Automotive for several years, and have been there on multiple occasions. We have three different cars and they have worked on all of them. The work they have done for us has ranged from oil changes to major repairs. They are honest and professional. They explain everything well and quote reasonable prices. They always get the job done quickly. We have no complaints with them. I am happy with their service. more

Casey Automotive has done oil changes, some brake work, and also replaced shocks on one of our cars. The work they did was great. They explained everything very clearly. They were doing things that were necessary, not things that weren't necessary. It's a nice clean facility. The employees are friendly and take the time to explain things if you have questions. more

A local, trustworthy auto shop. 12/8/2015

I have used Casey Automotive for years. They have serviced all three of my last cars. I have done everything with them from oil changes to having the front end of one of my car rebuilt. They take care of pretty much anything I need. I am confident in their work. I have only had an issue with them once, which they were quick to resolve. They are professional, trustworthy, and are willing to work through options with you. Their prices are fairly competitive. Definitely worth the service. more
