Casey Automotive works with you, they are efficient, and they follow up. They go the extra mile for you and they have no problem providing me with a loaner car when I need it and they seem to go out of their way to help the consumer as far as cost wise while still providing quality work. I have been using them 4 years for all 3 of my vehicles and I will continue using them with this great quality of service! more

Great service and follow through 6/11/2013

Casey Automotive has cheaper prices than most competitors and they don't tell me that I need my light fluid changed or something that isn't real. I usually go in with an idea of what needs to be done and what priorities to put on my vehicle and they align with that. They have always been very nice and on time. I came to get my car once and saw that there was a problem with another person's car leaking a bit after an oil change so Steve drove out to their house and power washed their driveway for free to apologize for the leak as well as fixed the loose screw for free. more

Been using for several years 6/10/2013

I have had good and bad experiences with Casey Automotive (mainly good), but Casey Auto is always willing to go above and beyond to correct errors. Whether that means paying for towing, or throw in free brakes, at that location they are very willing and awesome to work with us. They help with getting loaner cars and my dad takes all 5 of our cars for the past several years. more

Very happy with the people that work there and the service I get. 4/26/2013

They've done a lot of work for me and my whole family. They've done the catalytic converter, replaced oxygen sensors, done engine work, and more. They are very professional, and very good at diagnosing what the problem is and making the corrections. more

Outstanding Service 4/17/2013

I arrived with a list of repairs that the VW dealership recommended totaling about $4,500. Rick from Casey went over each one of the items after examining the car and gave his recommendations of what needed repairs. Of 9 items recommended by VW he felt that only 4 needed repairs at a cost of $1,000 including 2 items VW did not even catch. They said the car would be ready at 1pm and it was ready at 1:03pm. I will stop going to VW and use Casey exclusively. They provide a loaner car if needed. Everyone is extremely polite and patient describing what repairs are being done (I am not very knowledgeable about cars). The shop is extremely clean. They told me to return before winter which I will do. By the way they are 30 miles from where I live but in my mind worth the drive. more

Casey Automotive offers great service. The service writer always treats me well and they are a very honest company. I have been going to them easily 10 years, bringing in 4 of my own vehicles (but my family members bring in all of their cars too). I can't say enough good things about the people at Casey Auto. more

I've never had problems of any kind with Casey Automotive. I have lived in this area for 12 years and have 5 cars. I go there so often, I have probably put their kids through college. They've put in a new engine, done exhaust work, conduct all the maintenance, etc. The one time I had a problem with a part, I brought it back to them and they fixed it, no questions asked. If I bring in my car, they will tell me if something is still under warranty and still covered. They are very proactive like that. If I bring in my car for awhile, they will give me a loaner car. They are just very customer focused. I have nothing but good things to say about Casey Automotive. more

Great communication 4/3/2013

I have been going to Casey Automotive for quite a while. The work is done right, and if I have any problems they correct it. They give me a loaner car if I need one and they explain things to me as they are happening. I always know what is going on and what is being done with my vehicle. more

They told me what I needed to fix, and have saved me thousands of dollars over the years. Casey Automotive went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with the service. They do extra to make sure their customers are happy. I would strongly say that for anybody concerned about truth and the quality of service, they're the place. You don't have to be concerned about honesty and integrity going there. more

Quality, lasting repairs 3/13/2013

Casey Automotive has done transmission work, brake jobs, service the car when the "check engine" light goes on, PCV valve installation, and general maintenance. I have been using them maybe 6 or 7 years and I keep coming back because they give lasting, quality repairs and they have always been completed in a timely manner. Very good work, highly recommend them! more

I have been using Casey Automotive for a number of years, 5 or 6 I think. They always have a really good price on their oil changes. Once they take the car up, they look for other things that I could potentially have problems with. They always come back and tell me how to be proactive about keeping my car in good condition. more

Honest diagnostics, recommend to everyone 2/27/2013

I have recommended Casey Automotive to my father-in-law, and people from our church, and everyone who has used them is as pleased as I am. The initial story of how I started using Casey Automotive really speaks to the value of their services. We had a Mazda sports coup that was overheating and I took it to a Mazda dealer. The car had over 200,000 miles, and the dealer was going to charge me 2500 dollars in replacing sensors before they could even diagnose the problem. I new it was either the water pump or thermostat, and so I drove down the street to Casey Automotive and they recognized it was a problem with the thermostat and it was only a $100 job! I went to the dealer and showed him the Casey receipt and said my business would be with Casey from now on. They are honest, reasonable, fair, and knowledgeable. more

The most honest, upfront auto shop 2/25/2013

I have been going to Casey Automotive for 10 years or so. We have 5 cars, for 5 kids, and they are honest about what absolutely have to be fixed for safety issues and what can wait. They work with my budget and they are upfront and honest. I never have any problems and if by chance something seems odd with the repair they say to come right back in and they will handle it. Rick, Paul, and Mike are phenomenal. Extremely honest and really good work. more
