I just have to start out by saying that the guys over at Casey Automotive are really great and they take excellent care of their customers. I took my car in and they were just very friendly and helpful from the start. They were very honest and upfront with everything which I really appreciated. They did an excellent job with my car and they did all of this at a really great price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. more

Great people, great work 10/24/2016

I have been going to Casey Automotive for twenty something years now and they are just great people to work with. I have taken six different cars that I have owned over the years to them, and all of my family takes their cars to these guys because of how great they are. They are honest and upfront which is another huge plus as well. I really love that when they do the work, they do it right the first time. I have never had to take my car back to them for the same issue once they have worked on it. I would give these guys ten stars across the board if I could! more

They are great 10/10/2016

I just have to say that the guys over at Casey Automotive are really great. They are honest and straightforward which I really appreciate. They are more concerned with doing the best thing for you than they are about trying to squeeze every last penny out of you which is nice. They do really high quality work at a great price and I cannot imagine going anywhere else to have my car serviced. more

I Had A Positive Experience 9/28/2016

Casey Automotive was referral to me and I've been going to them for about 2-3 years. Most recently, I've taken my vehicle to them for oil changes. The results are good. I think that they are a fair company that doesn't charge you for things that you don't need done. I would recommend this company to other people. more

Very customer oriented. 9/21/2016

Whenever I have an issue with my car the first place that I go is to the guys at Casey Automotive. These guys are great and they want to do what is best for you and your car which I really appreciate. I have been to shops where all they want to do is get as much money out of you in one go so it is nice that these guys do not do that in the slightest. Their work is incredible and I have never had to take it back because they did not do the job right the first time. The price is great and their customer service is off the charts. I cannot recommend them highly enough. more

Great service, excellent work 9/13/2016

I have been using Casey Automotive for a few years now and have generally had great service from them. They are very honest with what is wrong and will always let you know what's happening while they are working so you know what's going on. The value is great for the work that you receive, and if anything ever goes wrong, they are very good at fixing what was wrong, and not overcharging you for the work that was done. I will gladly continue to use Casey Automotive, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of similar services. more

Been using for years, great company! 8/10/2016

I have been using Casey Automotive for a number of years now and I am very happy with them. Their prices are always good and competitive and they always tell it how it is. They never try to flog off other products or services they offer to me which I like in particular. Their staff are also great, Ole is my technician and I have been going to him for a good while now, he is great! I have recommended Casey Automotive to many of my friends and family, I think they excel at what they do! more

Casey Automotive has ALWAYS taken care of my vehicle's needs. The guys up front are welcoming, knowledgable, and always willing to ask if there's anything else they could do. I've been going there for over 10 - 15 years. Moved from Schaumburg to Wheaton in 2012 and I won't bring my vehicles anywhere else. more

Great service team 7/7/2016

Casey Automotive has done lots of work for us over the past 20 years. We have 4 cars and we have taken them there for oil changes, maintenance, engine work, and electrical work. I have been satisfied each time. They can answer all the questions that I have for them. more

I am the owner of a body shop and I have sent them many cars for repair over the years, and I am happy to say I have never had any issues with them. Good experience with knowledgeable mechanics 6/17/2016

I have pleasant experiences with Casey Automotive every time I go there. They have a knowledgeable staff, and I haven't had any problems. Recently they put front struts on my Mazda6, and there are no problems--and I haven't had any complications. I like that the mechanics there inform me about what I should look out for. They are pretty good at explaining what needs to be done and what they are going to be doing beforehand. more

Trustworthy company 6/14/2016

I'm new to the area and was afraid to try a new repair shop. No fears coming to Casey Automotive. In the various times that I have been there I've spoken to three customers and they all mention Trust as one of the reasons they go to this shop. They always give you the coupon price whether you have a coupon or not and whether you ask them to do that or not. Best of all, they have trained technicians that do an excellent job. Customer service is also highly outstanding! more
