The best service I ever had I tried about three different companies neither one worked called BugOut was the best service I ever had.

Worst

As soon as my contract expires I am switching to another service that allows me to pay my bill on line. Your web site sucks and won't let me enroll to pay on line. Nice knowing ...

I'm always pleased with the response that I get from Bug Out. Their technicians are always courteous and knowledgeable. I particularly enjoy Tony S when he comes to provide our service. Everything seems to be good. Have had no serious problems. Would like for them to set up a time where someone would be home for spraying the inside. Great Customer Service 11/3/2011

Outstanding service. I have ants in my house and there was not any service techs available so the supervisor drove out that morning to treat the house! The technicians are personable, knowledgeable and try their best to meet your expectations. I will stick with them until I sell this house. I highly recommend them. I have had Bug-Out service for about 15 - 16 months, and I am well satisfied with the service. 10/24/2011

Saw a couple creepy crawly things in the house a few months ago. Called Bug-Out and you responded within a day or two. No creepy, crawly things since.
