Bug Out Service-Arlington

We were under a contract w/ a well known lawn care company. We received treatment on our lawn every other month with skipping for well over one consecutive year. Towards the end of our contract, dollar weeds and other weeds took over our lawn, even with everyother monthly service with this other company. We became dissatisfied and switched our lawn care to BugOUT and after one treatment, dollar weeds are gone....Thank you! Bug Out personnel has gone beyond all expectation concerning lawn and Irrigation Division! Called Don Smith because of have issues with my irrigation, came out the next day and it is running better than when installed! Kudos, Don and thank you for the clear instructions and guidance on optimum watering! Patrick dealing with the lawn and shrubs treated and instructed me by taking me to the areas that needed attention and put the correct control ingredients necessary to make our lawn ready for the coming winter! I want to express my thanks to Jason B who is a super employee for BUG OUT and goes the extra mile. He was driving past my home and I stropped and showed him what I thought was a problem. He dug into the grass and showed me a sod web worm and sprayed the yard. He goes the extra mile to help customers and is very professional. more

In mid June Matt Quant came out and updated my sprinkler system which was no longer adequately watering my lawn during the hot summer months when I am often away. He swapped out many of my sprinkler heads and cleared out dirt and re-aligned them to provide full coverage. This summer I no longer had any problems with my sprinkler system and my grass looks great with the updated system and my usual bug out scheduled lawn service. Matt worked very hard and provided excellent and efficient professional service. more

First of all, my comments are in reference to ALL services I received from Bug-Out: termite, lawn and shrub, and irrigation. Today, I had Don Smith service and repair my irrigation. I must say his workmanship is second to none. He is a man of integrity and honesty, with immense knowledge and expertise. He is polite, professional, and a pleasure to have service my needs. Should I need service again in the area, I would not hesitate to request him again. Furthermore, I would be happy to share with friends and the community. When we built our home 4 years ago we selected Bug Out because my husband used you for well over a decade and was very pleased. Keith Hassell came out to our house for minor irrigation repairs under the $75 program. He is truly a dedicated person who has the customer first in priority. He fixed all the nozzles, repaired several heads, extended others, fixed an underground pipe leak,and aimed several sprinklers. Then for a very small additional charge fixed a solenoid and valve, and now our system is perfect for the first time in years. Keith should be given an on-the-spot award bonus for doing such a great job. I already called his boss to tell him about Keith and the great BugOut service. more

Don and his crew did a wonderful job installing my new irrigation system in my yard. After the installation was complete, Don spent over an hour explaining the system and made sure I understood how everything worked. Job well done! we had a german cockroach problem and called bug-out they came irradicated and conqured we havent had a prolem in over two years thank you bug-out. more

Earlier this spring when our lawn looked sparse in many places and there seemed to be a lot of thatch I called to see if we should do some dethatching as an assertive step to encourage growth . I was advised by the technician to be patient and that our spring had arrived later than usual and that given time our lawn would be fine . I took that advice and since have seen our lawn look as good as it ever has in our seven years here in Florida and all with Bug Out as our service company. Whenever we have an issue with weeds or bugs of any sort , the response is immediate and effective ! We are very satisfied and happy. We had a problem with bull ants or otherwise known as carpenter ants...they were in the house, outside the house and we tried everything to get them out and gone...Terry with Bug Out contacted us and came out with the technician and checked things out for....Terry did not stop working with us for a month until the ants were completely gone. Terry was so professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about all pest control including termites. We felt like we were in good hands with all his expertise he brought to the table....Thank you Terry, for all your dedication and perseverance with our bug problem....AND, our lawn technician Scot is fabulous too...He always does an excellent job and checks with us for any issues we may have. I can't stand bugs, and we have a big ant problem in our new home. Before calling Bug-Out SVC INC, we couldn't even use one of the entrances to our house. Two guys from Bug-Out came out to help. They ants were gone but eventually came back. The guys at Bug-Out assured me, however, that we would solve the problem together. They made me feel like my problem was their problem, too. I have been very happy with their service. They're fantastic and well well their value. Our other maintenance service companies may change, but we're keeping the Bug-Out guys! In this day and age when consumers have to deal with annoying automated customer service for virtually everything, Bugout seemingly breaks the mold. This summer we have had a problem with swarming carpenter ants in our family room, kitchen, and DR, LR also the screened porch. Jason with Bug Out came out and explained that there must be a nest somewhere and as soon as we can locate it and treat it this problem would be resolved. However, the nest could be as far away as 200 yds. Jason was at our home almost on a weekly basis because even though he treated every possible area of the property, it didn't help. We were so frustrated and disgusted. My husband and I would pick up dead and live ants everyday. Disgusting. Jason called on his supervisor Terry for his assistance in trying to determine what else they could do. Terry came by with Jason and they went through everything again. Treating and checking, checking and treating! Scratching their heads trying to locate the nest. Terry advised my husband to seal any open spaces around the brick fireplace and under cabinets etc. which he did. Jason was at the house so much, I joked that I would have lunch ready for him upon his next visit. After many many visits my husband told him about a bush by the driveway that he noticed some ants. So Jason went out and sprayed the bush, and found the nest. There were so many ants scurrying around after he sprayed. He came to the door with a big smile and said "I think we found the nest"! Yay!!!! I want to say that between Jason and Terry, they brought out the big guns and were determined to get rid of these pests. They even gassed the chimney and around the porch. My husband and I are very appreciative with the way Jason and Terry worked together to help us in our situation. Jason always came to the door with a big smile and he was always pleasant as was Terry. I would add the girls that answer the phone and make the appointments made a concerted effort to accommodate us with a quick visit from the techs. So far we have only had a very few dead carpenter ants, but we expected that. We are able to sit in our family room without them flying in my hair or on my ipad, eat in our kitchen with complete confidence and also sit and eat in our screened porch and enjoy our home again.
