The best service I ever had I tried about three different companies neither one worked called BugOut was the best service I ever had.

Worst

As soon as my contract expires I am switching to another service that allows me to pay my bill on line. Your web site sucks and won't let me enroll to pay on line. Nice knowing ...

I don't worry about termites as long as Tony is working for Bug Out. 12/8/2011

This review is for Tony and his BUG OUT termite service. The review does not include my dissatisfaction with BUG OUT's lawn care service which has already been canceled. I can not offer a recommendation above POOR because the termite service would have to go hand in hand with your lawn care service. more

Effective and Efficient Pest Control 11/21/2011

This is the second location in which I have had Bug-Out Service for pest control. Tony is always friendly, efficient, courteous. and willing to go the extra mile to please. A few weeks ago I had a mysterious insect appear. Within hours of my call a representative was at my door identifying the problem and telling me what I needed to to to eliminate it. We are very pleased with our service with Bug-Out 11/15/2011

Our tech Sherry Brown always rings the bell to let us know she is here. She is very thorough does not do a hit or miss job. She is able to answer any questions we have. Whenever we had an ANT problem in the house (maybe three times in eight years) she knew what was needed and we did not see anymore ants after a day or two. The office staff is professional,friendly and always willing to help when called. We are very pleased with Bug-Out service. Tony S has provided most of the service during that period. He is very through and always checks to see if we are having any issues. Tony is a wonderful representative for Bug Out. LeRoy Lamar (Ponte Vedra Beach, FL) just recently serviced our home and pest issue and stayed until the problem was resolved with our carpenter ants. He spent a lot of time and got to the root of the problem, thank you LeRoy! He is very professional, friendly and had a genuine concern for what we were experiencing . . . definitely an expert in the field! While I am writing in about LeRoy, I would also like to extend praise to Javier Vargus who has also come to our home and shown the same kindness and expertise, thank you Javier! My grass would have been burnt out without their help! 11/9/2011

My experience with Bug Out Service has been really excellent. Ever since my husband passed in 2008, I tried caring for everything the way he used to. But everything just died. Bug Out has been very helpful in bringing my grass back alive and keeping it looking nice. It's been difficult with the hot weather and water restrictions, but with their help once a month, everything looks nice! more
