The best service I ever had I tried about three different companies neither one worked called BugOut was the best service I ever had.

Worst

As soon as my contract expires I am switching to another service that allows me to pay my bill on line. Your web site sucks and won't let me enroll to pay on line. Nice knowing ...

Wasps Nests on Roofline 3/25/2014

Called service to have several wasp nests taken down. Victor arrived promptly as scheduled. He was pleasant and personable. He was clean and left the interior areas of my house undisturbed. Victor took care of the problems I described quickly and efficiently. He also inspected the exterior of my house for any entry portals for varmints as requested. Thanks Victor ! more

Excellent Irrigation Service 3/19/2014

After a long winter of erratic irrigation use we decided to have our irrigation system checked and adjusted. Keith Hassell (who arrived promptly as scheduled) did the work and we could not have been more pleased! He was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, was able to make a few very helpful suggestions, replaced a few faulty heads and adjusted the system to what we felt was 100% working condition. Keith simply confirmed our feeling about the reliability of service from Bug Out. I would not hesitate to recommend them as we were totally satisfied. Excellent Service 3/18/2014

Thank you for the continued excellent service. Without fail, I am always called in advance of the scheduled service and always met at the door by your service technician. I would especially like to bring notice to Javier. He is polite, professional and willing to answer any question or assist in any way. My wife and I truly appreciate the through work that he accomplishes every visit. So, a special thanks to Javier. Excellent service and concern 3/4/2014

Once more I am about to express our pleasure with the Bug Out Service. Our serviceman JOSH came back again after 1 week to be sure we were satisfied and had no more episodes of termites. In passing I mentioned we had 2 days post first extermination and AGAIN Joshua set about performing another treatment to assure us he would clean all up and out. We are ever so grateful and I have been asked by others if I had business cards for the service. I did, which Josh had given me .I will spread the good news and service. IN THE 8 YEARS I HAVE LIVED IN FLORIDA, BUG OUT HAS PROVED TO BE THE BEST COMPANY FOR SERVICE, EXPERTISE, ACCOMMODATING AND TOTALLY POLITE PERSONNEL AND CONTROLLING THE INSECT PROBLEMS IN MY HOME!! Satisfaction most appreciated when service is called for 2/24/2014

this was the fastest and most efficient gratifying service one could imagine when you least expect to witness termites and in complete shock. Service reps or personnel were most informative,polite and understanding.Most efficient in work satisfaction to our need which was to us ever so needed b/c we were in shock. I have ad the pleasure of receiving bug service from two of your nicest men, Adam Bosley and Robert Rotte. Robert brought my trash cans in from the street, which was so nice of him, I want to thank him very much. Adam has been my bug service man for a couple years, he has been so pleasant and polite and such a gentlemen. I will miss him. Thank you for your service. more

I called Bug Out regarding a billing question and was so fortunate to speak with Mary. Mary was so very helpful, she listened to my questions/concerns and was able to answer all of my questions It is so refreshing in today's world to reach a customer service group like the staff at Bug Out...they are always so helpful!!! A special thanks to J. Chambers for her prompt & pleasant phone service. She explained how the treatment worked and would have someone out the next day. Also thanks to Tech 100/RPY he was very helpful. He also explained the treatment and answered all my questions. He was in & out in the time he said it would take. Yard Bug/Fertilizer Service 1/17/2014

I have had a few neighbors ask me how our lawn stays so green, no weeds, and thick. I simply tell them about your service. Other companies have left flyers on our door but I have no plans of switching! The service people are always friendly and answer any questions I have. Excellent company in my book. more

Ray from Bug-Out Services came out to check the bait stations. He checked all the Centricon monitoring stations and the good news is that there was activity at all the stations. He was very prompt, polite, and informative. more

We have had a consistent problem with fungus in our lawn and Dustin is the first to follow through and retreat without having to be called. Excellent Customer Service 12/3/2013

My Bug out service tech was out today. I was working in my garage moving boxes. I mentioned I had jad some of the big Palmetto bugs in my kitchen at night and asked if he could spray my garage. He said "absolutely" and I showed him where I wanted sprayed due to having stray cats come in the garage when it's cold. I continued to work and starting noticing huge Palmetto bugs creeping out from their hiding spaces and dying. I had to sweep them up, approximately. 8-10. Billy also said he would be happy to blow my attic with the powder bug killer but I was not ready for that with putting up Thanksgiving decorations and getting down Christmas. So he told me to call when I was ready and he would happily come out and do it. That sure makes me feel good as a customer and I applaud the service my Tech gives to me. Thanks to that, I may not have to fight anymore Palmetto bugs in the deas of night! more

Have had experience with 2 of your techs lately due to switching to new type stations. I am retired and am here on most visits. Techs are personable and always have time to answer questions.
