On March 12th 2012 I called Bugout to report a concern I had with my front lawn. Specifically, the lawn was not responding as expected this time of Spring. The grass had different (unhealthy looking) shades of green and the lawn had more dormant grass than expected. The customer service rep I spoke with stated that someone would be out the next day to evaluate the lawn.
True to their word, Bugout came out to my home the next day and applied a different type of fertilizer. Additionally, the service person left detailed feedback on their assessment and provided some helpful recommendations for maintenance.
A few other companies have attempted to garner my business, asking that I cancel my service with Bugout and hire them. The reason I refuse to even consider such a proposal is because the folks at Bugout have been true to their word and have provded outstanding customer service. It is sometimes rare to find a company who provides such excellent customer service. Because Bugout has provided such great customer service and because they remain true to their commitment I am sticking with them. And believe me, I would not hesitate to change companies if I felt I wasnt being provided with appropriate customer service.
