The best service I ever had I tried about three different companies neither one worked called BugOut was the best service I ever had.

Worst

As soon as my contract expires I am switching to another service that allows me to pay my bill on line. Your web site sucks and won't let me enroll to pay on line. Nice knowing ...

Very happy with results! 6/4/2013

James has done an excellent job for us. He searched out the source and eliminated most of the buggers. He came back twice and was most happy to solve our problem. termite treatment 5/24/2013

We called bug out because we found termites. Andrew performed the initial assessment. He was knowledgeable and patient and answered all of our questions. Joshua came out to perform the treatment. He was timely and professional and went above and beyond to ensure that our house was treated and protected. We have been very pleased with the services we have received from Bug Out. more

Awesome experience with Bug Out Service! This is the third time theyve had to come out this month due to our bad carpenter ant problem. Never any questions and they usually sent out a tech the next day! Jon came out today and sprayed and did an awesome job, definitely went above and beyond! (Give this kid a raise!!) The roaches and I could not tell they were ever in the house 4/26/2013

1 week after treatment of the kitchen I was able to kill more than 20 German roaches per kitchen cabinet. The day after their treatment I had to pull the refrigerator out and it looked like the beginning of the Gate River Run. I tried to call them to retreat and can not get anything but a busy signal on the phone. more

Irrigation and bug Out as always 5 stars 4/16/2013

What a pleasure it has been having Don take care of our irrigation needs. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he is courteous and friendly. He was also very patient with our 5 year old who loved to tell him about all his monster trucks, and for that I am extremely thankful. Sometimes it's the little things that make you happy. Eric goes above and beyond the call of duty! He was doing my in-home service and was working under my kitchen sink. I apologized for the leak and explained I'd just had new faucets installed. He fixed the leak! Just volunteered to do it, and I haven't had any trouble since! Eric needs a raise and Employee of the Month! Thank you! We were very happy with the guy who came out. 1/31/2013

We had termites, they came out and put the stuff around the house. They did what they said they would do. As far as I know, the termites are gone. It will be hard to give a complete review until a year or so from now and we can see how everything holds up. The guy who came out was a great guy , though. He took pride in his work and took his job seriously, which was appreciated. Pest control companies are not all alike. I use Bug Out for pest control only and for termite with my Sentricon service. They have always done a great job with great personnel. They are very knowledgeable. If I have a problem, which is rare, they are right on it. I now have a new service technician so we will see how that goes! We have been Bug Out customers for 2+ years. A few months ago we decided to do some long overdue repairs and upgrades to our irrigation system. Having done it all ourselves since buying our home, we knew we needed some professional help. After contacting Bug Out, their tech, Don Smith, contacted us. And are we ever glad he did. Talk about beginners luck! Don has gone above and beyond everything we had expected and hoped for. He is very knowledgable, professional, creative, and punctual. Great Service! I recently had pest control service done on a house that had been vacant for several years. The technician was prompt & took care of all of the problem areas, even the many spider webs on the outside. I haven't seen a live critter since then. I highly recommend Bug Out Service. more

My lawn died and plant browned after getting sprayed for insects. 8/3/2012

I had just gotten a new front lawn laid. Half was laid 3 days apart. One day after the second half was laid, Bugout came out with a routine service and sprayed my newly laid yard too soon. I was home and asked the service tech not to spraybut he continued saying that it would no hurt my lawn or plants. Now most of my yard is dead, the palm trees are brown and they say they are not responsible. Thanks for throwing my money down the drain. more

Big Waste of over a thousand dollars! 7/25/2012

This is the worse company in the world. I would give money to Enron before I would give another dime to Bugout. They will take a year's worth of pest control fees and act like they are treating your house and lawn, when in actuality, nothing is done. You will still have bugs and be stuck in a two year contract. I called an expressed my distaste for Bugout. Jenna (the supervisor at the Jacksonville Beach location) did nothing except take my credit card number and did not apologize for anything. I cannot wait for my contract to be over! DO NOT do business with this company! You will regret it $1300.00 later. more

They're great - helpful and courteous 7/19/2012

Bug Out Service did great. They redid my irrigation and they reset all my sprinkler heads. After they did the irrigation work they came out as quickly as they could to spray my yard for sod webworm buds. They were all great. Luke was easy to talk to and he answered all my questions. They gave me a proposal when they came out to do the irrigation work and they did not go over the rate that they gave me on the proposal. more

We had a problem with our trees dying in our front yard and Bug Out sent a team of experts to come out to our house and take a look. They told us what to treat the trees with and we are grateful for the greatest customer service ever. We have used them for years and they are the BEST! When things went wrong, they blamed me - then Bailed OUT! 6/15/2012

My lawn has a fungus or bug problem that caused it to initially "yellow" then brown eventually dying. (The area is continually declining now) I wrote the President Paul Felker (PFelker@bugoutservice.com) on May 24, 2012. - He wasn't even professional enough to respond to me. I received a call from Jeremy (tech) who stated he has a fix. I agreed to allow him the opportunity to apply it to the area infected, (to include potash which is Potassium) It did not resolve the problem and in fact the area has grown (dead grass down to the dirt) I wrote the President on June 14, 2012 and this was his response: I am disappointed that we have not been able to satisfy you. Our patience is also running thin. We do not feel it is beneficial to continue to try to work with you due to the lack of trust you have in our ability to properly diagnose and suggest remedies for your lawn. I have communicated with Robert Holyfield this morning and we both agreed that it was best if we found a way to politely and respectfully discontinue our lawn service with you. Robert will contact you with his offer to make this separation fair and to settle your account with us. Wow! That's it? Your service covers fungus and pest problems for my lawn and you decide when we have an issue to back out gracefully? This is unacceptable and unprofessional! Not only, did he not respond to my initial email in May, when he finally did respond, he dropped servicing our home. (did not resolve the issue, because HE had am expert on his behalf come out and stated the issue was due to a chemical being applied) Which is a LIE because the deterioration or decline continues weekly. WOW! Terrible Company to deal with when things go wrong! (They'll bail out) RESPONSE FROM Bug Out Service: We have strived to provide you with exceptional service following our protocols of sending our top professionals to evaluate your lawn concerns. We also asked our 3rd party consultant that has been an agricultural expert for over 30 years to review the property and provide his analysis. His assessment verified no fungus or pest problems present, but did indicate possible chemical damage. This observation is consistent with your admission of applying products after our treatment, in which we respectfully requested that you not apply. Our consultant suggested a remedy to encourage root growth and recovery. We regret that you have chosen to not trust the recommendations from experienced specialists. Due to this fact we feel it is best to discontinue our relationship to allow you to consult elsewhere. more

Best Service in the Area 6/4/2012

Bug Out was the first recommendation I received when trying to acquire a pest control service. Ever since the installation and initial elimination of the pests, its been smooth sailing. Sherry Francois has been tending to my property for the entire length of contract and I have had no issues. She has provided great feedback and prevention tips each service visit. I plan to continue using the excellent service for years to come. more
