Kirk was professional knowledgeable and customer driven. but the phone personal promised morning schedule but when I followed up I was told no that it was afternoon. Bad phone service. more

Great service provided 6/4/2016

Josh was thoughtful while at my home during thunderstorm. He was polite to put on his shoe covers or remove his shoes, every time he came back into the home from the outside unit. Back and forth he went but always made sure my floors weren't getting damaged. Thank you for your care in my home more

Superb AC Maintenance Tune-up 5/19/2016

Here in Orlando you depend on your AC. Bruno AC did a whole system component Tune-up of my whole house AC unit, both outside unit, and inside unit! It was a promotion that I couldn't pass up and I would recommend that everyone use Bruno for this service. I will use them each spring from now on! On-time with call ahead, so convenient! more

A/C service 5/14/2016

Bruno's A/C is a terrific company. They put in my A/C unit 3 years ago and have been servicing my A/C since. They are a company that highly recommend and the Owner Louis is a very trust worthy guy which is very rare. All the tech's that I have met are also terrific. Bruno's is a great choice and now they are doing Plumbing and Electrical. That is an added bonus. I rate them A+. more

AC service call 5/13/2016

Dustin showed up on time and called 30 min prior as well. he was professional and courteous. He performed all the maintenance necessary and pointed out issues. No pressure to do anything and took his time. Satisfying experience and I hope the installers who arrive tomorrow are just as good. Thanks, more

Great job all around. 5/13/2016

Clint was very diligent in his maintenance work, which was very conscientiously done. In addition, he discovered a problem attributable to the original supplier of my AC, which was installed new in December 2014. The original installer was supposed to have put in a UV light but instead, the light was installed, but its ballast was never wired to the transformer! In other words, the parts simply sat there - dysfunctional for a year and a half! During those 18 months the AC was tended to by three other, less perceptive service technicians who failed to discover what Clint easily turned up. Kudos to his skills and acumen. Great Work! more
