LOVE Brickhouse Bridal! The girls are fantastic there and really work hard to find you the perfect dress. My dress was scheduled to be delivered in a 5 month time frame but I received it at month 4 which was an added bonus. Highly recommend! It's definitely higher priced than a lot of other stores but VERY worth it. more

All I have to say is WOW! My experience with Brickhouse was AWESOME. I am a little bit of a bigger girl, and the idea of going to a boutique to find my dress made me really nervous that all they would have was size 2's or 0's. Boy, was I wrong. When working with Casey, she asked me to pick out a few dresses I liked and then we went to town! She pulled EVERYTHING and there was surprisingly a lot of selection in my size. She made me feel beautiful, and was very responsive to what I wanted, not just trying to put a dress on me because it was more expensive. After two consultations, I picked my dress at Brickhouse and couldn't have been more excited. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable. They know that buying your dress is the biggest step in the wedding process, and they make sure you are well taken care of. more

I walked into Brickhouse Bridal and bought the 2nd dress I tried on ever. My consultant was very nice and a good listener. I felt like she knew what looked good on me. The dress was a great price and we got 10% off for buying a dress on our first visit. I got so giddy every time I got to see or put on the dress and I had no doubt it was the perfect one for me! I had a great experience at Brickhouse. I'm a very picky and indecisive person and Jessica was amazing. She gave recommendations while still giving me my space and she had my dress picked before I even knew I liked that style. The atmosphere was very relaxed and helped me focus. They don't make too many appointments at one time like some of the other shops I visited. \r \r I left feeling confident in my purchase and I can't wait for it to get here and to put on MY dress! \r \r Thanks for everything Brickhouse! more

I was an out of town Bridesmaid and was given 3 dresses to choose from and told to call in and place my order. I spoke to a very kind consultant who took my order for “Gardenia” and my credit card and sent a confirmation email. Several months later I received ""Camellia,"" the wrong dress. I did not realize until later that the email stated that ""this email is to confirm your order and will be considered your electronic signature. Once confirmed your order will be considered complete..."" It seems like an easy error as the codes for both dresses are just one number different. Although the email seemed to be a control process put in place to catch these types of errors it was ordered anyway without a follow-up to myself or the bride to confirm. \r \r I used to do events and am now in the premium service industry, mistakes happen and are an opportunity to solve the problem and delight the customer. Unfortunately, this is where Brickhouse failed. I had to follow-up several times to get any type of answer, unanswered voicemails, etc. If the bride had notified me when the dresses came in that I did not have one (as I didn't confirm the email) I would have had time to place a rush order for the correct dress. The manager did try to get one rush ordered but was told it was not possible at this time. I requested to allow me to (1) return the dress, cleaned and unaltered after the wedding in exchange for the dress I ordered (2) pay to have the dress altered into a slim skirt (3) provide some sort of discount for my troubles which I could put towards altering the dress. I was told none of these options were possible and was offered additional lace if I wanted to try and have a seamstress re-create the dress I had originally ordered, at my own expense. \r \r If you choose to use them be extra careful to check your orders as they are not able or willing to fix their errors once made.\r more

A friend of mine suggested this place. I hesitated at first because it was about 45 minutes away from me! according to the navigation.\r \r Even though with the location, it didn't stop me to give it a try.\r \r I made an appointment the following day. The place is actually a good size with many dress selections. A friend of mine told me that it is important to start early to find the perfect wedding dress because it usually takes 5-7 months to get in. GUESS what? she was right. SO my suggestion, start early!\r \r Anyways, we we're greeted politely. They get so packed during the weekend so if you are able to come in during the week, go for it!\r \r We we're greeted kindly by the consultant and gave us some time to browse around the boutique. My mom and sister was with me and the boutique has a good amount of dresses to choose from compare to the other boutique I've been through.\r \r Kace was my consultant! Very sweet and very helpful. After 6 tries, I quickly fell inlove with two dresses and got stuck trying to figure out which one I like the most.\r \r But of course, with the help of my mom and sister and kace, I found the one! I'm lucky I didn't have to go to 5 different boutiques to find the one.\r \r I found the one here :)))) more

I LOVE Brickhouse Bridal. This was my first appointment to try on bridal gowns and it couldn't have been better! Yvette was my consultant and I can't recommend her enough! While I was worried about shopping on a Saturday and how busy it would be (which is was), she made me feel like it was all about me, my mom and my brother (who accompanied me). They let you pick 6 dresses initially by yourself and then the consultant will go off of what you picked, liked, and didn't like. After trying on my first few dresses, Yvette pulled an amazing Paloma Blanca dress for me, which ended up being my dream dress. While the style was completely opposite of what I had originally pictured myself in, she assured me that it fit my style, wedding theme and looked great. And to be sure she decked me out in a gorgeous belt, and necklace, of which I ordered both! She was so respectful of my budget and really took to heart what my mom as well as my brother had to say. The salon itself is gorgeous and so well organized. All of the consultants and managers that I spoke to were all incredibly helpful and reassuring. I received an email just a few days ago (about two weeks after ordering) to let me know of the expected date of arrival for my dress, which is almost 6 months from the day of ordering. I can't wait to see it and try it on again. Truly can't say enough good things about the salon, Yvette, and all of the consultants and managers at Brickhouse- amazing! more
