I went into the store during the holidays with my best friend since I'm the MOH for her wedding. While we didn't get our wallets stolen or (hopefully) she didn't get sold the wrong dress (that is terrible!), I did see some slimy salesperson tactics. When we arrived at the store there weren't too many girls trying on dresses but by the time she was done picking out her first 6 dresses there were quite a few and fitting rooms were getting filled up. My best friend was able to narrow it down to two dresses but couldn't decide which she liked better. She kept trying them on over and over again and I wasn't any help because she looked gorgeous in both. Well I guess she was starting to take too much time deciding because all of a sudden the music changed from Jingle Bell Rock (I know because I was singing along) to wedding songs. Ave Maria came on and the salesgirl helping us said ""Oh my gosh, this song never comes on-you are totally meant to buy this dress"" My friend had briefly mentioned she was walking down the aisle to this song in the random conversation while trying on dresses-coincidence? I think not-especially when once the song came on and my friend decided this was the dress for her, I went to look at BM dresses at the other end of the store and wouldn't you know it? Yet another salesgirl was telling another bride the same line!! My friend ended up getting her dress and they do give discounts to BMs that also get their dresses there which is nice but watch out for the pressure tactics to buy if you take too long trying on dresses.
Pros: Good selection of dresses, BM dress discounts
Cons: Bad sales tactics, pressure to buy, hard location to find
