I loved it here! Even though I found the same dress I wanted a few dollars cheaper at another establishment (in another state, actually), I opted to buy the dress at Brickhouse. In the end, I ended up saving more because their RUSH fees were half the price of the other shop! The staff has been so courteous and patient. more

I absolutely loved this place ! Went there and was treated like royalty by the staff. Every staff member seemed so welcoming and happy to serve the brides who were there. They had a way of making you feel like the only customer in the store, even though there were several brides there at any given time. They had a very large selection, room after room of beautiful dresses. I went to one other store, the princess bridal in spring, and their service was horrible, as well as the selection. After being at Brickhouse and being treated as well as I was, it was a shock to go somewhere and be treated as badly as they treated their customers at the Princess Bridal. Brickhouse is the only wedding dress shop that I will recommend to every bride I know ! They have truly made shopping for the wedding dress a wonderful experience more

I keep coming back! 6/30/2009

Five years ago the first of my children was getting married. After scouring MANY bridal salons for my MOB dress, I found exactly what I was looking for at Brickhouse Bridal. My daughter and I researched dresses to the nth degree, and were knowledgable consumers. I ordered the dress, jewelry, etc. and was thrilled with everything. The next year I married, and again wore a brickhouse selection. Two years ago another daughter married, and back to brickhouse I went. Today, I will be shopping for my 3rd and final dress, MOG this time, and I will be returning to this store to make my selection. I think the poor reviews have been posted by girls who were ""window shopping"" without the first idea of what they wanted. If you want the princess experience, go to River Oaks and pay 3 prices. If you are a woman with opinions and are a savvy consumer who does her research first, thisa store is for you! Pros: Excellent Selection Cons: Too far from home more

i give my wedding dress consultation & consultant a 5 star rating. Abigail is awesome! \r i attended the trunk show for Simone Carvalli, and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service i received. i made my appointment the day before, and was excited they still had an opening for me. \r i had read the other reviews online that were not such a pleasant experience for others so i was worried, but had been looking at the Simone Carvalli dresses for sometime, so i couldn't pass up the trunk show. \r \r my advice for any bride is to check out the designers they carry, and write down the style numbers & designers of dresses you like and want to try on. \r its what i did, and i could tell Abigail appreciated the time i had taken. it shows you are prepared and have done the research, and not there to waste anyone's time. \r if you think about it, if you haven't found THE dress after your 3rd visit its time to move on to a different boutique or designer anyway. \r \r it only took me 2 hours to try on 10 dresses and choose my dress. \r ill let you know in 4-6 months how the pickup process goes. Best in Houston! 3/30/2009

So, just like every girl you have this perfect dress already picked out in your head before you even get to the store, and that is so me. I wanted something to fit my dream dress, so I described this to my consultant and she walked around with me and helped me find any and everything that was similar to my picture perfect dress. She was so helpful and I ended up buying a dress that matched the idea in my head almost perfectly and for a great price! The store is really pretty and organized. I highly recommend this bridal shop! It makes me sad that people write poor reviews because it truly was a great experience for me. Pros: Beautiful, great prices, friendly staff!! Cons: absolutly none! more
