We had only about 90 days to plan the wedding so we needed a dress off the rack. The sales associate at Brickhouse was very helpful and patient with us (even on a sale day when we only made the appointmetn that day) - so much so that it was the only place we shopped as we found a dress that was just what my daughter was looking for. The only drawback was that the associate significantly underestimated the cost of alterations. I realize that wasn't her job but it was disappointing. That said, the dress and veil were beautiful. more

I loved shopping at Brickhouse Bridal. They had a huge selection and it was great to be able to look through the dresses first and pull some that you liked (instead of the consultant just pulling dresses based on what you say you like). My consultant was extremely helpful and very professional. I was between two dresses and she encouraged me to try them on several times and gave me plenty of time to think about each one. I ended up buying the dress on my first visit would allowed me to save 10%. I would recommend not making this your first dress shopping stop so that you can potentially take advantage of their first time visit discount without feeling buyers remorse. I was a bit worried about the size the recommended, but it ended up being the right decision. The dress also came in about a month and a half ahead of schedule! Overall I had a wonderful experience with Brickhouse Bridal. more

DO NOT be fooled by the glitter and sparkle of this shop. First I had my appointment for over a month and they overbooked and asked me to reschedule, I said no, I can't. We went in and tried on dresses, they were supposed to have clippings of the fabric choices, they didn't. When we found out that they were going to charge a $50 surcharge to have a dress sent to KY we told them that my MOH would not be ordering her dress from them (color did not matter since they are all different). I talked to my rep before leaving and she was going to order the dresses that week, October 23rd. December 7th they call me and ask if my MOH was going to call in her order, I repeated my conversation from October and asked if they had ordered the other dresses and she said yes. January 12th I called to see what the status or ETA of the dresses were and the rep said they should be 12 weeks from ordering. I waited until Jan 21 - 12 weeks and that is when they tell me that my dresses were not actually ordered until December 7th! That is 6 weeks later then they were supposed to order the dresses. They had no idea when the dresses would be in, all they knew is that they would be in around or after the middle of March. ACK - My wedding is April 16th. I wanted the dresses here before February 19th so my girls could get their dresses while they were in town for my bridal shower. Instead of any offer of help they told me ""Well your wedding isn't until April 16th."" Like that matters, I asked to have my dresses ordered in October. They ended up rushing the dresses, and told me I was lucky my BM's did not get a rush fee, they would not do anything to make up for their mistake, and because they mistakenly gave them a discount they took that back too. My Jr. BM is growing and that was a huge concern for me, the owner did offer to sell me a dress off the rack but it may not be the right dress or color, she actually told me I may need to change things up a bit. What!?!? Other problems: -When I kept calling (once a day) they started not answering my calls. When I blocked my number they picked up. -The lines are busy or they just do not answer. -They are horrible about returning calls. -Snotty attitudes of the staff. -No help when you really need it. -Do not abide by the prices in their contracts. All and all I got my dresses and they look great but I got them more than a month later than I should have. The service was horrible and I am happy to not ever have to deal with these people again. The biggest upset is that I turned to them as professionals so I would not have to worry about the dresses and it ended up that all I did was worry and stress about something they were supposed to have a handle on. more

I have been to several Bridal salons and this was one of my favorites. They made me feel like I was a princess and I like I was the only customer in the store. All the dresses I tried on were so beautiful. They have many price ranges and have many ""off the rack"" options for if you need it immediatly or want something for a smaller budget. \r Laura was the lady who helped me and she had such a soothing personality which made the whole experience better! She was incouraging and gave me her opinions on what looked best on me. \r I was informed that they don't do prom dresses, which I liked because that leaves more focus on brides! more

I found my dream dress at Brickhouse Bridal! It is a lovely salon, and the people are wonderful! Casey helped me pick out my dress and was very patient as I went back and forth between 2. I am thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend Brickhouse to anyone! more

The atmosphere is wonderful & they have almost every high end designer that is out there. If you don't mind spending a pretty penny on your dress then this is definitely THE PLACE to shop on the north side of town. more

Brickhouse Bridal had the greatest selection of wedding gowns out of the places I went to. The consultants were friendly and professional. They provided great advice and suggested gowns that would flatter my body style. The dress came in quicker than I expected and everything was perfect. more

Wedding dress hunting can be magical and frustrating trying to find the right dress that expresses you and your wedding theme. I went all over Houston one day and looked at what Houston had to offer with beautiful dresses but they all have a price which I could not afford...I have Vera Wang taste with a discount budget. My second day I only booked Brick House Bridal and let me tell you they have a wide range with professional assistance. The cost of the dress I purchased was more than I initially wanted to spend but it was the dress for me without a doubt. Once I purchased my dress I had found that all my close friends that had gotten married over the last 10 years all got their dress at Brick House Bridal. You cant go wrong by making this one of your appts to look and try on your wedding dress of your dreams. more

The BEST experience I could have imagined!: My mom found this place in her endless wedding research and I am SO happy that I drove down from Dallas to look for dresses with my mother (who resides in Houston). I could not have asked for a better experience. The only way it could have been better would have been if they had the dress in my size that day and it was free... or they paid me to take it. FIRST class service and a no pressure environment made the actual shopping a pleasure. I found my perfect dress & had it rush shipped for an extra $100. My dress and all of my accessories actually came in EARLY and believe it or not, the thing fit like a glove... no alterations required! Can you believe it?! They spend the time to measure you PERFECTLY. I can't say enough good things about the folks at Brickhouse Bridal and the high quality, very reasonably priced products they offer!!!!!! more
