Will someone else please start a Kitsap shuttle service!! They are awful. Totally unprofessional. If you pay with a credit card at the airport they will call it in over a cell phone on the shuttle hollering out your number, name and security code over a crowded bus! Consistently late and will sit and gab at the airport when we are over 30min late leaving. I have to use this service (if you can call it that) twice a month. I would pay much more for a reliable service oriented company. Is there anything else out there!! It is so bad I've started taking cabs to the ferry. It costs twice as much but I can't justify putting up with their crap. more

Quite literally the worst customer service ever. The websites says to make reservations to the airport up to 10 days in advance and that they're open 24/7, but when I went to make a reservation 5 days in advance, I get a busy signal for the first 3 hrs I tried getting through to them. (I would have booked my reservation online, but they only allow online booking from some of the hotels they stop at, none of which, unfortunately, were the ones the bride and groom had us all staying at.) Anyway, when I finally get through to them, I'm put on hold for 10+ minutes, after waiting, the rudest, huffiest, agent ever tells me she won't make a reservation without a confirmed room number from the hotel I'm staying at. When I explain to her that I'm not checking in until the night before and I won't have 3+ hours free that night to get her the room number, she tells me that the driver won't show up without a valid room number so I was going to have to call them back sometime. I offered her my hotel confirmation number, but she refused to take it because it wouldn't do her any good. \r \r My recommendation for anyone traveling with at least one other person is to rent a car. It's cheaper when staying for only a short time ($28/day through expedia), and it will save you a ton of time and aggravation. Quite simply put, this company's low fares are not worth the aggravation. \r more

Excellent, Reliable, Affordable 4/3/2012

I have used the Kitsap Airporter three times so far and have never had one issue. Always on time, accurate ETA's, and always friendly service (with three different drivers). The last reservation was on short notice and dispatch made sure shuttle would stop at my pick-up point. I have always made reservations over the phone, so I can't speak on website comments. I had to chime in as most comments showing are negative but I have never had a problem. Will use them for all my Sea-Tac trips. more

DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE! ALMOST MISSED MY FLIGHT! 3/20/2012

The shuttle never showed. so when I called the dispatch I got this rude lady who state no your pick up was scheduled for 11:00pm. I stated that she was in error and I had printed out the conformation and would like to speak to her sup.She then hung up on me. Stay away!! They never gave me my money back .. more

WARNING....RACIST and EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE 11/7/2011

WARNING...RACISTS EMPLOYEES and Extremely BAD Service Recently took a t trip to Seattle to help a family member. I did not know they took this service to airport and wanted me to ride back. 3 employees, bus driver and customer service employees were above and beyond rude, then started trying to speak to us in Spanish. I pointed out that we were NOT Hispanic, we are Filipino and explained it is an entirely different country. They became extremely upset and frustrated that I spoke perfect English and am educated. Basically blew us off and began helping Caucasians in line. I served this country in the Military during Desert Storm and I am former Law Enforcement Officer. I have never encountered such blatant act of Racism in my life. I am Currently seeking legal counsel. I DO NOT recommend you use their service if you are NOT Caucasian/White. Take a Cab or other Service. I am still still shocked that in this day and age, The Year 2011, there is still the STUPIDITY and IGNORANCE of RACISM in the U.S. more

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE AND RUDE CUST. SVS. 1/9/2011

My friend booked my pick up online and we had specifically chosen a certain pick up location near her house before completing our transaction. I was charged $14.75 for everything and we printed it out and it was all good to go. Next day we got in the car, drove down to the pick up spot and were there 20 minutes early. I then looked at the print out and it had a different pick up location on the reservation than what we had selected on the internet, when my friend thought back on it she said it kept changing it to another location automatically and she had to keep changing it back. Now, while I will take some responsibility for being foolish and not looking at the print out more thoroughly the night before, we DID call 20 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up at the other location. But, we were on hold for 25 minutes and by the time a woman answered she said that I was called in by the driver as a no-show and that because I didn't call earlier I wouldn't be getting a refund. I tried explaining to her that I did call 20 minutes earlier than my pick up but had been on hold for 25 minutes. What really got me though is how the woman dispatcher actually sounded like it brought her pleasure to be giving me such bad news. Absolutely no empathy that there was a misunderstanding. I might not have thought this was so lame if I would have gotten a little less attitude and unprofessionalism from the customer service. Be warned, I wish I had. more

convenient and good service 12/23/2008

Daughter came in from Hawaii today and took Airporter to get here to Port Orchard. Quick and convenient service. They came out even though only 3 people from airport. My husband and I have ridden quite a few times and have never been late for flights. (of course we take the weather/traffic into account.) \r Only complaint is that the web site seems to be unreachable last couple days. Generally helpful though. more

Unreliable and uncooperative 12/21/2008

Called to schedule a pick up at 7:00am. Flight was at 11:20. They left a message early that it was not running due to weather, but the owner might start opereations later if it clears up. Calling in is very difficult and busy all the time, just has to keep trying - web site does not work.\r \r Finally got through to see if they were running and we missed the 8:00 shuttle, it just left. If I could have gotten through earlier, wouldnt have misses the shuttle. cost me over $1000 to get the next flight which was 3 days later. No calls to say it was running. BE WARNED, they completely destroyed Christmas. Pros: price it they actually did anything Cons: unreliable, unable to contact, web-site failure more

unreliable transportation 11/10/2007

I recently took the shuttle, and thought it was the worst service ever. The shuttle picked us up on time, but failed to mention that he still had all five prior stops to complete. so, the only reason we were picked up on time was because he did all of his stops in reverse order and never told us a thing. we didnt realize what was going on until we started on the interstate going the wrong way. long story short, we had to pay $1500.00 to catch the next flight out of seatac. the company refused to take any responsibility, or even so much as apologize. i took them to small claims court on november 8th, and the defendent for the company lied twice under oath. he said that i had called and knew that the shuttle was not on time. he also said that they had creditied my bank with a refund as well as sending a check. i did recieve the check, but never cashed it. anyway, i think it is a completely unreliable company and i dont recommend that anyone ever risk taking it. if you have to, when you call to schedule make sure you schedule yourself and book it very, very much earlier than your flight is supposed to take off.\r \r Pros: The convenience would have been great if it had worked Cons: Completely unreliable more
