Quite literally the worst customer service ever. The websites says to make reservations to the airport up to 10 days in advance and that they're open 24/7, but when I went to make a reservation 5 days in advance, I get a busy signal for the first 3 hrs I tried getting through to them. (I would have booked my reservation online, but they only allow online booking from some of the hotels they stop at, none of which, unfortunately, were the ones the bride and groom had us all staying at.) Anyway, when I finally get through to them, I'm put on hold for 10+ minutes, after waiting, the rudest, huffiest, agent ever tells me she won't make a reservation without a confirmed room number from the hotel I'm staying at. When I explain to her that I'm not checking in until the night before and I won't have 3+ hours free that night to get her the room number, she tells me that the driver won't show up without a valid room number so I was going to have to call them back sometime. I offered her my hotel confirmation number, but she refused to take it because it wouldn't do her any good. \r \r My recommendation for anyone traveling with at least one other person is to rent a car. It's cheaper when staying for only a short time ($28/day through expedia), and it will save you a ton of time and aggravation. Quite simply put, this company's low fares are not worth the aggravation. \r
