First I've got to say how very impressed I was when I initially called this company. The ladies that took all my information down were very professional and pleasant, they explained the process very clearly. I got a call back within 30 minutes to schedule the visit, which was the same day I was elated. The Technician arrived when he said he would and was also very professional with great communication skills. He explained exactly what the issue was. Unfortunately, I almost fell off my chair when I was quoted over $400 for him to unclog a sink. I called a different plumber and he quoted the job for 1/4 the price that the Blanton Tech quoted. I really wanted your company to perform the work because I was so impressed with your service. Who determines the cost of each job? Why isn't the cost more competitive with other plumbing companies? more

My tech was Chis H. He did a awesome job was very respectful he kept me informed on what he was doing poor guy got covered in ants and cleaned up and beautified the area he was working in thank you Chris and to the Blanton company and to Elizabeth and Jackie for being so helpful and polite I recommend them for anyone in need of plumbing work more

Quick and Professional Service 8/6/2018

I had an issue with my air conditioning system and naturally it was after hours. I called Blanton's and within 2 hrs. after I called, my system was pumping cold air again. My service tech, Scotty M,. diagnosed and solved the problem within a matter of minutes of his arrival. Not only did he solve the problem but offered up advice on how to prevent the same issue from reoccuring. I can't thank him enough. more

Guest Bath Tub Faucet Leak 7/30/2018

Called Blanton's for a faucet leak. The technician, Tim D. arrived and was very courteous, professional and informative. He assessed the issue, told me what was wrong, what it would take to repair it and the cost. He also told me if the first resolve did not work, what the second resolve would be and the cost. Since we had used Blanton's several times, Tim asked me if anyone had talked to me about the Service Partner Plan. No one had. Tim explained this plan, gave us the brochure and we invested. Today, our issue was resolved. We were made aware of ways to save money and maintain our home while maintaining great service with this company. Thank you Tim! You are much appreciated. more

A/C Repair 7/26/2018

Scott M. came out May 1, 2018. He was very professional and courteous. He checked out the A/C outside to see what the problem was, it was about 5 minutes into trouble shooting the problem when Scott determined it was the compressor. Scott asked me if I wanted to replace it and I said, yes. Scott then proceeded to change it out. I am very pleased with Blanton"s Air, Plumbing & Electric they always do a professional job. Thanks to Jason Gilliam, Josh Pickle & John Conhkin for their professionalism and a job well done. They did an outstanding job replacing the A/C at our place of business. It was extremely hot the days they worked and it was not an easy job. They worked continuously through the heat to complete the work. They installed window air conditioners for us before they began work. Yes I would highly recommend Blanton's. Thanks again to the workers! more

Awesome people 6/23/2018

I was in a real pickle with 99 degree temps and a broken AC unit. Rebecca gave me the first available appointment and Larry was exactly on time. He worked tirelessly to get me back up and running that day. I needed a part from Raleigh and he worked to get it brought down so that I wouldn't have to be miserable. I would highly recommend either one or both of them. They are awesome. more

The dispatcher was also extremely helpful by confirming the time of the appointment and providing the necessary details leading to the servicing of my HVAC unit. more

Very happy with the service I received. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional. I tried contacting the company I have used in the past only to get its recording. I contacted Blanton’s and had an appointment scheduled before the other company even returned my call. Beau, the service representative, was very professional. He called prior to his arrival and was on time. He went straight to work analyzing the problem and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and why. more
