From setting up an appointment with Lori S to having the final review with James M to go over your new system, Blanton's employees are friendly, professional and thorough. Lori is a joy to chat with twice a year as she sets up maintenance appointments. James M was wonderful, he explained the different systems, answered questions and took the extra time with me to make sure I got the system I wanted. Jeremy P kept me up to date as to their progress when installing my system and Jon K was great about explaining the new thermostat. Even Thomas the electrician they use is top notch. I've been with them 10+ years and am completely satisfied. more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY 4/15/2015

CALLED 3 OTHER COMPANIES FOR QUOTES ON A NEW UNIT NONE WERE AS KNOWLEDGEABLE, PUNCTUAL, POLITE, AND WILLING TO EXPLAIN HOW THEY CHOSE THE PROPER UNIT AND THE REASONS FOR INSTALLING NEW INSULATION. THEY DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER AND FOUND ME A GREAT RATE FOR MY FINANCING. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY ALIKE. more

Great Service 8/9/2013

Blanton's is the best. I had several company's come to give me estimates on a new unit. Blanton's was my last stop. It was July, 2013, very hot and my old unit died. They came at the time they said they would be here, installed my new unit, came back to do a rechecked and I'm very satisfied with my new Lennox unit. The customer service from the office was great and the guys that did the installation were very professional. Thanks Blanton for the gift. more

Very satisfied 7/29/2013

I went to Blanton's Heating and AC about getting a new AC unit and two days later it came in. I was very satisfied. The installation was fine, everything was put in right. The guy who came out to sell and the workers were very friendly. So far I'm pleased with the Linux unit. They did a good job putting it in. I would recommend Blanton's Heating and AC. D. Figgins more

Super Service 6/14/2013

2nd time we have had to call upon you all to help us out with A/C woes. The last tech that came out could not have been nicer, was speedy quick and had us cooled off again before we knew it! Today - we had to schedule an appt for later in the day (due to some storm damage it is a busy day for you all), and just a few mins ago, received a call that you all had juggled the schedules and we now have a normal business hours service call - helping us save some $! You ROCK Blanton's! Thank you!!! :) more

They have been doing maintenance and repairs for us for about 5 or 6 years and we value their service. more

Honest and quick 5/28/2013

Blanton's Heating and A/C Corporation replaced our units on the outside of our home. We had no problems with their work, except there was a recall on a part in the unit they installed. When this happened they got in touch with us right away and fixed it-free of charge and quickly. more

We have been a Blanton customer for a couple of years. Our heat pump was getting old and was needing service almost every year. We were not happy with the company we had been using. A co-worker recommended Blanton and we have been with them ever since. They come when they say they will. They cover their shoes when they come in. They give you all your options and let you make you own decision. We just had a new heat pump installed. The price was good, it had a sizeable rebate. It is running great. They came back a few days later to be sure everything was good and answer any questions we had. They helped us set up our thermostat and taught me how do to it. I am not very tech savy, so this was very much appreciated. Wonderful people, wonderful job! more

I had a commercial AC unit that was probably 20 years old. They tried for several years to keep it going, I got a repair-type contract with them. After a while, they determined it was beginning to leak carbon monoxide so I figured time to replace it. They got the old one out and a new one in for me. more

Very good. 11/14/2012

The only thing I had an issue with was we had a fan go out in the system. It was cold, they told me it would be about 3 days to get the new fan in. They ended up finding one the same day, I don't know who they got it from but they got it in for me and got me warm. The customer service is very good. I enjoy my unit. It keeps me warm in the winter and cool in the summer and spring. more

Fantastic Company, Excellent Crew and happy with our decison! 11/13/2012

Absolutely the most professional company from initial assesment to follow up inspection. Steve was on top of things from the moment his crew arrived the day of installation for our new H/AC system. We hardly knew they were here and they were very neat and tidy. They even survived the nerf gun attack our three kids ambushed them with. Definitely recommend this company for all your H/AC needs! more

Blanton's gave me what I wanted and did everything on time. They were professional, kept everything clean, and came back and answered all the questions I had afterward. We had used them for maintenance in the past, but this time they replaced our heating and air units. more
