Company was at my door next day after I called. Nic came to look and and fix my A/C unit. He was extremely knowledgable and did great work. He was careful not to track any dirt around my house and completed the job quickly. I really liked how he kept me in the loop every step of the way explaining what parts needed to be replaced and why and gave me options about cost . I will hire this company again in the future if I need any more repairs. more

Company reviews are too good to be true..they must a PR company doing their reviews. Kevin took financial advantage of my elderly mothers ignorance of plumbing situations and overcharged her at least 100 more than most companies to fix a leaking faucet...had to replace valve stem...screw off and screw on procedure...thats what Kevin did ..screw customers more

I just recently had my 40 yr old heat pump replaced by Blanton's Air, Plumbing, and Electric. They did new duct work as well as electrical modifications. The sales specialist was James Moore. The install team was Jeremy P., David E. and Ty Green. Jeremy P and David E. did an outstanding job installing the duct work and the new equipment. Ty's specialty was all of the electrical modifications.. There is no doubt that Ty is a very skilled electrician. It is obvious that David B is well trained on this new product. David B. fixed an issue at the end of the installation. The entire team did an outstanding job with this install. They proved to be a highly skilled team that worked well together that allowed for a very smooth install. I have been in the service business for 44 years and I understand what great service is all about. This group definitely was an example of that and how an installation should be handled. Their professionalism and knowledge of the equipment that they were working with was excellent. James Moore's knowledge of what he was selling plus his sensitivity to my concerns is one of the reason I choose Blanton's in the first place. Job well done!!......John Wilson more

After I was contacted by Angela who set up both appointments for service of my HVAC system and plumbing installation. I was very impressed by her clear verbal and professional manner of speech, I would like to compliment her on a job well done. Richard handled my AC system and Joe did the plumbing installation, they both contacted me about 30 minutes prior to the appointment, as was explained by Angela. They were there on time and I find that both Richard and Joe were very experienced, mannerly, clean, confident and professionals. The salesman Jon was very professional and took care of any issues and concerns quickly. Jeremy and David the field service technician arrived on time, went right to work, very professional. These two technicians went above and beyond to install this new hvac system. After a long day Jeremy acted like he had plenty of time to show me how to operate this new system when I knew he was ready to call it a day.
